I loved everything ❤️ the place was super clean and very comfortable.

I just didn't like how one of the neighbors kept knocking on our wall just because they didn't like that we were portugese and had portugese music on, after banging on the wall a few times a young girl that was probably 14 came knocking on our door telling me to lower our music I told her I was not going to lower it because it was 11am and it was already low and she said yea but we can hear it and I told her if they had a problem to call down stairs and complain since the music was low and it was not early it was 11am ,she just stared at me and I closed the door. never again they complained but other then that everything was amazing loved the room, small but very comfortable and cleaned.

It was beautiful and well set up. I loved the details in the room. It was close to DCU Center and we were in town for a show.

I had to wait a long time to check in because the person wasn't at the desk. Then, when I tried to eat breakfast at Sonoma, there was no one to help us because she was running around helping the other tables. We didn't stay for breakfast. It just felt as though they were short staffed all around.

Lovely rooms, decor, comfortable beds, fantastic pillows, beautiful lobby.

The restaurant prices were outrageous! The staff was obviously not trained properly as they were not familiar with many menu items

Location was decent. Only ten minutes away from the DCU center where my son and I were attending a convention. Staff was amazing. Room was nicer than I expected. Spacious. Clean. Comfy.

WiFi was not great. Walls a tad thin.

We were in Worcester for a regatta on Lake Quinsigamond, and the hotel was within walking distance to Regatta Point. The room was well appointed, spacious and clean. A great "home base" for the rowing weekend.

Wish that we had housekeeping service at least once during our 4 night stay.

Honestly, was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was nice & the room was beautiful. Hotel staff were helpful and very friendly.

Two weird very large white stains on the carpet, almost like huge bleach stains. I also couldnt find the ice machine even though there was a beautiful ice bucket in the room.

Architecture, decor and ambience

The kettle in our room was just for coffee, couldn’t make a cup of tea, the staff at the kitchen were however generous by providing us with hot water for our teas upon request.

Room was nicely appointed. Grounds were pleasant. Staff was very friendly. Room was overall very clean

Carpet was a bit worn in room, also had some paint drips on it. Could use replacing. Pillows were hard and uncomfortable. No coffee service in morning

We had dinner at Soma and it was excellent. Service and food were exceptional. The hotel staff was great - we left something behind at check out and they were amazing getting it back to us!

Room was good size. Rounded outside wall gave unique feel to room. Clean and comfortable.

No coffee in the lobby in the morning. On-site restaurant very expensive.
