First night, stayed in normal hotel room but had booked a King Suite the remaining days. Both rooms were clean and quite. No noise, excellent view and comfy beds, excellent internett. Staying in the King suite was beautiful. Very Clean and Specious [ Enough kitchen, work, TV spaces] Good Breakfast and the hotell is near many stores to buy stuff. However my Scandinavian,european and African travel experience makes me hope for water bottle be left in the room, towels should be bigger and more time for breakfast on weekends

The room is spacious and well-maintained, with a clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. The hotel is in a fantastic location and offers convenient, free parking. Overall, a great stay!

The front desk experience felt impersonal, like dealing with a computer rather than people. After a long flight, I requested early check-in but was met with a rigid, generic response about policy, even though rooms were available. At 12:00, I repeated my request in person but was still told to wait until 13:00, with no flexibility. At check-out, I asked for a printed invoice but was told they couldn’t provide one because I booked through a third-party site. These interactions lacked any personal touch or flexibility, leaving a disappointing impression on my stay.

Our host, Steven, was extremely helpful. He made us feel like old friends. We enjoyed a very nice chat with him as we checked in. When we got to our room, it was clean and cool (it was a hot day). I met the woman who cleaned it before we arrived, thanked her, and gave her a tip. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot breakfast with sooooo many choices. We had a veggie omelet, hot oatmeal with toppings, coffee, and mango-infused water (it was quite tasty). I am gluten-free, and the lady taking care of the breakfast got a gluten-free bagel for me.

We had a great stay! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful The room was clean and had a microwave even though it said it didn't online. The plaza this hotel is located in was AWESOME... A dispensary, the BIGGEST package store I've ever been to, Aldi, and Burlington coat factory. You didn't have to travel out for anything you needed! The bar located at the hotel was cool, had a band Friday and Saturday. Get the fried pickles and sweet potato fries! We hit up the free breakfast both days which had an abundance of items. All the juice and hot beverages your heart desires! The hotel staff was very on top of keeping the area clean. All in all, we will definitely be back!!!!

There was no bacon at breakfast.

The breakfast was good, well-stocked, and plentiful. The staff was friendly. The rooms are old and outdated but very clean and well-stocked. There is an excellent mall and grocery in walking distance.

Gluten-free bagels were available but were frozen. I needed a separate toaster to warm them because the toaster for bread would cross-contaminate my bagel with crumbs from gluten-filled bread. There should be a dedicated toaster. Preferably away from the other toaster to avoid cross-contamination..

The staff went the extra mile to make my stay pleasant, starting from the moment I received my room key - when I was offered help with my luggage - to providing me some toothpaste when I ran out of my own- to letting me get a cup of tea before the breakfast service began. I will always be a Hilton patron and have high praise for this hotel in particular. It's the staff that make the difference. They seem to take pride. They exemplify the motto: "Class is a job well done!"

The modern paintings in my room are not among my favorites, but that is a minor thing and almost not worth mentioning. It would be nice to have tea as well as coffee in the rooms

Great location for visiting different parts of MA. Room was comfortable and I was very happy to find a frig and microwave in the room.

The hallway smelled a bit like cigarette smoke most evenings. The breakfast was too repetitive. 5 out of six mornings the omelets had peppers in them. I would have preferred cheese omelets or scrambled eggs.

I like the boil eggs only and the coffee and my room was very clean and the bed was comfortable and clean

I didn't like the breakfast ,and the first night my AC didn't work properly I called down for maintenance so he came up and change it out so the second night was much better.and the light bulb was burned out in the lamp near the door.

The Hampton Inn never disappoints. It's centrally located to the western suburbs of Boston and close to shopping, dining, and movie theaters. The sports pub on site at this property is a bonus with good food and lots of activity, but you can usually grab a spot at the bar even on game nights. It's easy access to the Mass Pike for airport travel.

The only downside is the bathrooms could be a little bit cleaner on move in.

I like the sleeping condition with the comfortable pillows and the cover. I feel like to buy a pair of pillows like yours. I like the breakfast. It is hot and nutritional. Cannot complain.

I wish we had a microwave oven and a fridge. I had a lot of leftovers from the restaurants and didn't feel like to throw them away. The food is costly now. I don't want to waste any. The hot water at the breakfast area was not hot enough. It might be OK in the morning, but the water was getting cold later in the day. It's not hot enough to make a cup of tea.
