We stayed here for a family gathering in the area. We had elderly parents with us who use a cane and a walker. After returning from 1 event last night, we saw they were working on the elevator and we were told once they got it fixed, it would remain out of operation till today when it would be state inspected. Our rooms were on the 2nd floor and this could have been a nightmare, as we had to leave the hotel early today and the elevator would not be operational at this time. I went to the front desk and told the young lady there what the issue was. Within minutes, she got our parents a suite on the 1st floor and the men working on the elevator, made sure we got our parents down to the 1st floor. I personally wanted to thank all involved with making this happen within minutes. Now onto the hotel, it was truly convenient for our needs, the rooms were very clean and todays breakfast was a typical continental breakfast, with plenty of choices. The staff at this hotel made this a very positive experience and I'd strongly recommend it.

I'd have liked some bread for toast, not just bagels and muffins, and a bread knife would have been useful. People were having a ridiculous struggle each morning to split bagels with tiny plastic knives; they didn't fit in the slicing gadget provided. Also, why all this waste with nasty disposable plates and cups and horrible plastic cutlery? It's unpleasant and definitely not eco-friendly.

The staff failed to greet any of the guests. I made a point of saying "good morning" to everyone I came in contact with - some of them looked surprised- but a greeting was never initiated by them.

Great breakfast very complete, very nice staff at breakfast, clean and wide rooms, very nice desk staff, confortable and modern, near milford downtown and walking distance to grocery store and even target. Perfect hotel the whole family liked.

A bit too far from Boston for any morning commute especially at rush hour. Plus nothing to do with the hotel but I think the city of Milford should instal more cross ways for pedestrians, they have large sidewalks near the hotel but forgot the cross zones and so it gets tricky to cross roads on foot, no wonder obesity is a problem and car usage is prevalent in milford, milford if it wants to compete with the likes of wellesley or dover nearby has to be more walker friendly outside of downtown.

The room was clean and modern. Check-in and out was quick. Breakfast was very good.

Fire alarm went off at 8:30. After we returned to our rooms, the flashing light continued to strobe for over an hour and made a clicking noise. It was almost 10pm before it stopped. After traveling all day, it made it impossible to go to sleep before it stopped.

The front desk guy was extremely nice even though he was clearly working understaffed. The person working the breakfast was also very nice.

I had a roon that had a couch and tv and then a bed and TV between these two room was a sort of thruway which had a bridge like gap over it. I noticed that I was having some lung throat irritation (not horrible but noticeable) The top of that bridge had huge amount of dust bunnies literally inches worth. The rest of the room was clean.

Breakfast was good. little bit of everything. Also, very clean!

Having milk at night. I miss having my glass of milk.

There was a big selection of breakfast food - much better than other hotels we’ve stayed at.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, however we wish the front desk lady had explained we would see $ charged on our credit card for ‘incidentals’, that would be refunded if not used.

Friendly staff, great location right off the highway

My only complaint was our sink was clogged and in order for it to drain we had to pick it up. I did tell the front desk but they seemed aware of it already.

The breakfast was excellent. Joeimar, the lady in the breakfast area was so good, polite and always had a smile in her face. Thank you, Joe and Melania and Fairfield Hotel! Melania, the receptionist was very knowledge and helpful. Excellent staff. Thank you Both!!:)
