From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, the staff at DoubleTree went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. First and foremost, the staff at DoubleTree Hotel truly stood out. Their commitment to providing excellent service was evident in every interaction. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive assistance throughout my stay, I was impressed by their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine friendliness. It was refreshing to encounter a team that genuinely cared about their guests and went the extra mile to accommodate any requests or questions I had. The breakfast buffet at DoubleTree Hotel was an absolute delight. The selection of dishes was extensive, offering a variety of options to suit every palate. From fresh fruits, pastries, and cereals to hot items such as eggs, bacon, there was something to satisfy every breakfast craving. The quality and taste of the food were exceptional, and the attentive staff ensured that everything was replenished promptly, maintaining a pleasant dining experience. The service in the rooms was nothing short of excellent. The housekeeping staff paid great attention to detail and ensured that the rooms were always spotless. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities provided were of high quality, contributing to a restful and enjoyable stay. The prompt response to any requests, such as additional toiletries or room service, further demonstrated the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Down pillows and duvet are always problematic for me - severe allergies …….each time I book reservations, I request NO feathers aka down in the room …..upon checking I reiterate “ the down pillows and duvet have been removed, right?” ….and when we get in the room, it’s frustrating to find the down bedding is still there . The management was extremely apologetic and did bring fresh non down bedding AND comp’d free breakfast for our entire stay. That was a blessing !

Bed was very comfortable and the restaurant was very convenient. Staff was friendly and my kids enjoyed the pool

Compared to other hotels we've stayed in this season, this one was the highest priced. It was a nice stay, but two nights for almost $1k after taxes and a meal is too much. The pool was nice but you need a staff member to let you in. The room key won't open the door which we thought was strange.

it was a great location for us and we loved the food it was delicious! the staff was very friendly. The woman who served brunch was probably one of the nicest most accommodating waitresses I have ever had in a hotel! during our stay it was also decorated very nice for Christmas.

the only comments I have (and it’s not a big deal……we will be back within a few weeks for another stay) but the pool was closed and that was one of the reasons we originally picked the hotel……and our toilet in the room would not flush the handle was broken and we alerted the staff multiple times and nobody every came to fix it. for the 2 days we are there. clearly we still needed to use the toilet.

The Front desk receptionist was lovely and made us feel welcome. The warm cookies were a nice touch.

the tub had a couple of strains of hair that didn't belong to us. I just took care of it. That was the only fault that I found. Otherwise, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

I had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were great. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

The heater was loud and made it hard to sleep at night. If you don't book with breakfast it will be an added $15.00.

Breakfast was higher than other Hiltons we have stayed at. In fact some buffett breakfast was included in price

We booked through a third party, only because the computer kept redirecting us that way. We did it via computer, due to difficulty with getting an answer via the phone

Everything, room was clean and spacious. Beds very comfortable. Bar/restaurant was excellent. Food exceptionally good. Great customer service and a warm chocolate walnut cookie to greet us. It was beyond delicious 😋

Everything was perfect

Did not have breakfast here. Only stayed one night - came for a wedding. I asked to check in one hour early because we needed to change and get ready for the wedding which was at 4:00 p.m. They were very accommodating with my request! Thank you!

I didn't like being charged 587 for 2 days and I paid $1,500 for 5 days just because I wanted to add two days on I was charged $57 for 2 days outrageous I try to get a hold of someone I couldn't get a hold of anybody So if someone can get a hold of me from booking.com I would have really appreciate that Thank you
