The buffet dinner was fantastic! A huge assortment and everything was delicious. There were a lot of fun things for kids to do even outside the water. The staff was very friendly, and everyone was helpful with a big smile. The room was clean and well equipped.

Every activity other than the water parks was pretty expensive. Even just playing in the arcade used up a lot more money than I anticipated. One of the parts of the waterpark is under construction and currently closed. It cost $15 to park in an outdoor parking lot that’s part of the property. For what you pay once you’re inside, I would think they would give you free parking, particularly since it’s not a garage or covered lot.

The constant events happening in the lodge, and the water park! Ability to bring in food and drinks and not have to spend an additional arm and leg for food. We didn’t get to experience some things because of how young/ short our daughter is but we are looking forward to another trip next year!

The staff were amazing from the front desk to dinning to entertainment and support. They were all so sweet and helpful. We love the environment and the energy. It’s always a great time when we visit. It’s always so clean and we love the aroma that fills the halls. The activities especially the dance party are a blast and the snow is the icing on the cake!

Family atmosphere. Bracelet option to bill room so I didnt have to carry my wallet.

The only thing that was not good was when my 11 year old nephew and I got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes. It was very stressful on him. Staff did give us a gift card to the arcade and we got to check out a few hours late though.

Everyone was friendly. Even the people staying there were kind. The kindness was contagious!

I didn't plan dinner on time from the restaurants. We got to caught up and I had to figure out dinner other ways. But that's my own fault for loosing track of time and having fun with the kids.

Everything was immaculate

The fact after being charged for the room you also had to pay a per night parking fee, almost none of the places (dunkins is what i was mainly disappointed about) there accepted cash, had to reload it on a prepaid visa machine

Lots of activities for the little ones.

Understaffed at restaurants, and some workers seemed to be young and inexperienced in etiquette (like racing ahead and weaving in between guests to get where they are going faster).

Water park hours are good, cleanliness is good, staff is typically very friendly

The elevator situation is ridiculous. One was down during our stay but even with all 4 running it takes at least 10-15 minutes to actually be able to get on one

Only nitpick was that my room wasn’t ready until almost 5. I requested early check in because I have a 1.5 year old that was missing a nap already, so every minute got a little harder to wait.

Breakfast, so many things to do with kids. We enjoyed our stay. The conveniency of using your wristband to pay for purchases

We had a hard time with is getting in the room using the wristbands. It was not easy to open the room door. It took 1 to 2 mins to get in. The other disappointment was that we were not told in advance that this location is cashless. We brought cash with us then told we could not use it and that credit cards only are to be used. Someone should have said that to us prior to arriving. All the emails that were sent to me prior to arrival did not. It posed a problem because we took out cash for this trip and could not use it.
