Excellent location within walking distance to restaurants (Redstone across the street) and Wegman grocer. Loved the details of this boutique hotel…decor, soaps, linens, modern lighting and outlets. Biggest seller was two king beds to make this the most comfortable sleep in one room with 2 teen sons. Exceptionally clean and new feeling. Large bathroom with 2 sinks. Tub shower, not walkin shower was the only thing that didn’t quite fit with the rest of the updates. Nice distance from airport and perfect spot before exploring Lexington and Concord. Will look for this chain of hotels in the future.

I stayed at this hotel for six days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel attendants were very polite and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met throughout my stay. The room was spotless, and the king beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. There was plenty of closet and drawer space, making it convenient for 3 or 4 people to stay comfortably. The location of the hotel is excellent, within a 30-minute drive to Boston by car. Despite its proximity to the city, the hotel is situated in a wonderful neighborhood with numerous malls and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is located in a charming square, surrounded by several restaurants, a large supermarket, and even an Amazon locker, adding to the convenience. Overall, my stay was delightful, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

One downside of our stay was the lack of laundry facilities within the hotel. This meant we had to drive 10 to 15 minutes to find a place to clean our clothes, which was a bit inconvenient.

Archer Hotel is a beautiful property with some really unique décor in a great location. The room was spotless, the beds were really comfortable, and I especially loved the large, bright, & modern bathroom. The lobby had lots of interesting seating areas, a cool-looking bar area, and a really funky little market with lots of fun snacks & amenities. We unfortunately didn't get to spend much time there as we arrived around 8:00 on a Saturday night and left the next day around 11:00am, but we will definitely plan to stay there again the next time we visit Boston!

It really wasn't a big deal, but the woman who checked us in that evening wasn't particularly friendly - it was fairly late, and I thought that maybe she was just tired and it had been a long day...

Gifted a hotel stay for my friend and her husband for their 20th Anniversary. She raved about The Archer and noted the kindness and exceptional service that they received and how impressed she was with how the staff treated all the other guests. The breakfast was exceptional and all foods were made from scratch on the premises. Thank you for being on of Boston's Best Kept Secret!!!

The property is very stylish & well decorated. We enjoyed the layout & amenities. I liked that you receive a text message prior to checking offering help with any additional requests.

The check in agent was not as warm and friendly as I had anticipated, and seemed a tad judgmental. Additionally, I could hear (what I think) was rambunctious children running around and banging things around in the room above mine.

Very clean hotel. The food was very good at the restaurant inside the hotel. All employees were very helpful, nice and courteous. I vowed to search for an Archer Hotel in every city I travel to and I will be staying at this location everytime I am in Boston. My family and I have no complaints.

The breakfast was fine but would like if it had been included with the price. Only stayed there as was attending a funeral nearby so not a location I would choose. I stayed 2 days in downtown Boston which is more interesting to me.

The food was not bad but could have been better. However as a European I would say that in general in the context of US cuisine

Booking.com messed up the booking, the hotel didn't know we were coming and were fully booked for the day. The manager spent over an hour trying to resolve the situation with Booking.com and finding us alternative accommodation. Fortunately, a last minute cancellation opened up a room for us. Nevertheless, we were happy to see the hotel going above and beyond to make sure we'd have a place to stay.

Booking.com showing a confirmed booking with the hotel being unaware.

My best friend, since grade school, and I decided to splurge and your hotel! The area fit perfect, she is in Maine, I am in Vermont and our children and grandchildren live in Massachusetts, so Burlington was a great fit. Your hotel is beautiful and all of your staff were not only professional in going out of their way to accommodate so many of us and our needs, they did it so genuinely happily also!. We really can't wait to be able to splurge like that again. We made some priceless memories!

I can't think of anything we did not like. Everything was great.

Nice layout and ample parking. Responsive staff. Good food and breakfast.

Re: cleanliness…A family member in our party found ants in the room going after some complimentary candies. However the hotel staff moved them to an upgraded room and comp’d supper as the staff looked after the ant problem.
