The hotel was clean. The front desk greeted us and they were very nice and friendly. I felt safe there. The location was good for places to eat & convenient to my work assignment. The rate was within my company budget which is often difficult to accomplish in the Boston area. My room was comfortable (especially my bed which was a pleasant surprise!) with a decent size refrigerator and a microwave! I didn’t hear road noise or others in their rooms. My room was clean & no signs of bedbugs which can happen while traveling. I already booked my next stay!

My one & only request would be to have the bed mattresses covered with a bed bug zipper protector :-)

We stayed here 2 nights to have the option of visiting Salem and Boston each day. It was a perfect location... about half an hour from Salem and half an hour from Boston's Freedom Trail. We even visited Harvard in Cambridge and it took less than half an hour to get back to the hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was also good... waffles, sausage and eggs, in addition to hot and cold cereal and breads / pastries. I would definitely stay here again.

The Inn at Woburn was a refreshing delight! This is my preferred venue (type of lodging) when I travel to, or pass through, any unfamiliar location or place. Actually, the In At Woburn is warmly familiar to me, as a stalwart and venerable archive, in the sense that it is akin to the classic Hotels (Hampton or Hilton) from bygone days.

Other than very minor interior (and really insignificant...) wear-and-tear, which truly doesn't even bear mentioning...my stay at The Inn at Woburn was a memorable pleasure!

I must mention the friendliness & supportiveness of the staff there, especially the lady at the reception. She guided us regarding local attractions, patiently answered all our queries and also became good friend of my 18 month old daughter. Everything else at the hotel is good but not perfect. I will always have pleasant memories about my stay because of the great experience I had at the hotel mainly because of customer centricity of the staff.

They can improve breakfast a bit. They already serve scrambled eggs but if boiled eggs / omelettes can be added to the menu that will be great

Great location -right off the highway. Large room. Very clean. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Great water pressure in shower.

I was surprised that there was no housekeeping service. Possibly because I was only booked for 2 nights? The bed did not get made, dirty towels weren’t changed, trash was not emptied.

We had an upgraded room with a king bed a separate area with a sofa, fridge, microwave.

The dining area is too close to the elevator, people jamb up there which is also close to the coffee & tea area. The size of dining area cannot handle the amount of people trying to get to the areas of breakfast choices.

Beds were clean and comfortable. The extra pillows were appreciated. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with clean linens.

Carpet was stained and sticky in a few areas. Strong odors in the halls and elevator. Freezer in the mini fridge had several inches of ice/frost. Coffee was undrinkable. Breakfast: bagels and bread were not fresh

I liked the breakfast very much...simple but good. If you like omelette and bacon then you'll love it. The room was super comfortable too. There's a bus stop a few minutes away from the hotel but the ride is quite expensive. If you want something cheaper you gotta walk for a bit or call an Uber.

The location was good, staff were very friendly. Good breakfast as well. The room was spacious with enough chairs and wardrobe. Easy access to Boston, both driving and public transport.

The bed was not very comfortable, could be better

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Would recommend this place to anyone looking. Take the 354 express bus to Boston ($4.25) about a 20 minute ride.
