The location was convenient with a Denny's restaurant nearby. The room was fairly typical. It had been renovated in the not too distant past. And, the breakfast was one complete with typical sausage and eggs.

Rather than renovating the room with a full sink, money was apparently saved by installing a small countertop sink. The slightest bit of water backed up in it and took forever to drain. There was no sink overflow hole so if the faucet had been left open, water could easily build up and drain to the floor. There were no towel bars near the sink either which just made things awkward. Some common sense could have avoided these issues.

The location is good. The room was clean. The staff was super-friendly and helpful.

The bathroom faucet had some kind of restriction (calcium buildup?) that caused the water to twist as it came out, splattering us as we washed up. The shower drain wouldn't stay up. I had to wedge one of the tubes of body wash into it to keep it up while I showered.

Rooms were clean and smelled clean. Other similar priced hotels tend to smell odd like only the surface is clean. Heck even the toilet paper roll had the ends folded.

The parking lot towards the back of the property is very steep. Was worried if the parking breaking didn't hold the vehicle would take off flying.

Price, location, the room decor and it was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Only one thing- the sink (vessel). You have to turn the water on slowly with light pressure. If not you will get a front water splash to your face and upper chest. The bowl isn’t deep enough? I learned my lesson after one drenching. This was minor to an excellent stay.

Friendly and honest staff. We would like to thank your cleaning and front desk staff for their honesty and integrity. We left an IPad in our room. We received a call a few hours after check-out. This level of customer service is sadly lacking in many service jobs today. We appreciate them.

Parking lot was a mess from a current storm.

The location was absolutely amazing and very local to all the shopping and to the restaurants.

The commode could have been higher off the floor, as someone with a bad knee, it was kind of hard to get off of. Also the bed was a spring mattress, comfortable, but not comfortable.

The staff were very nice & welcoming. The room was clean and had everything we needed. They've put a lot of effort into making it a better hotel.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the stairs were hard for my older mother to navigate and there wasn't an elevator option close to our room.

I think the waffle maker needs replacement. It was worn. The server had to tell everyone how to operate it. Perhaps a visual aid would be better.

The staff was extremely friendly! The clerk that checked us in was very welcoming and told us to make sure to get breakfast because it was so good. And breakfast did not disappoint! The food was great, but beyond that the breakfast staff was super helpful and friendly.

The beds were noisy when you moved.

The hotel had a room - mobility accessible. My daughter had crutches during our stay so it was easier for her with this room. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good. We would stay at this location again.

Ice machine was broken at the time.
