Super close to the city, spacious and clean rooms. Reception staff were always friendly and able to help. Jazmin at check in was very friendly and professional and is a credit to the reception team.

One of the lifts was often out of service, leaving them just two lifts for a very busy 32 floor hotel. You’d have to add an extra 10-15 minutes to your journey just to leave, or get back to your room. The staff were always very patient and tolerated a lot of angry guests and they always remained professional.

The room was clean and was cleaned daily. The staff was very friendly and answered all questions. The location to the subway station on the same street and the proximity to Times Square and other attractions is particularly noteworthy.

In the room description, the French double bed was stated to be about 130-150 cm. In reality, however, it was only a 120 cm bed. We managed well with that, but the description should be adjusted accordingly.

The room was very cosy and comfortable - I was originally worried that it might be too basic or small... but it was the opposite. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay - and maybe because of the location - I didn't hear any outside loud noise which I heard is common in this part of NY. The gym facilities were nice, clean, and spacious... and actually a pleasure to visit. Me and friends dined at the restaurant a couple of times... it has great food and staff!

There were repairs that were happening to the room next door on Sunday morning (starting from 9am!) - The loud banging led me to have to get out of bed and leave the hotel for a bit. Wasn't worth complaining about - I was already disturbed / unable to rest. Apart from this, everything else was great.

Too long waiting for elevators

We really enjoyed our staying at Delta Hotel. Beautiful hotel, room with perfect size for a couple, neat and extremely clean. Bed really comfortable.

Staff could be more friendly and welcoming in the reception. My apartment door was knocked three times by housekeepers and opened once close to 11pm while I was getting into the shower, advising us that our check out was due soon. Note - check out time 12 pm and therefore we still had one hour prior check out. We also paid extra for check in earlier which could have been taken into account.

We chose this location as we needed to be close to the Port Authority building for transport on the Uber Shuttle. We have travelled to NYC many times before and this area is not the most beautiful and yes it is frantic, but it is central to many attractions. Easy access to Bryant Park where we dined on the Friday night, Times Square and Broadway. The hotel itself was great - organised, fabulous interested and responsive staff. The room was well appointed, clean and organised. OMG they even had tea making facilities not just coffee. Great little barista downstairs and area to relax. Luggage storage complimentary. Close to the subway. We really enjoyed the hotel and all that it offered. Thank you to staff and the hotel for a comfortable stay and very close to our Uber shuttle - walking distance!

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were incredibly nice. Bed and pillows were so comfy, shower was nice and powerful. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Safe, fridge and coffee machine. Great quality wifi.

Reception area quite small and cold, due to the automatic doors. Queues for the lift also cluttered the lobby. Only two elevators to service 32 floors, often meaning long waits at busy times. Free tea and coffee in the lobby but no stirrers for sugar?! After room service only certain things got replaced - like we got more coffee but no more creamer or sugar. Only 2 cups provided for three of us.

Typical city noise that seeps in to the room - which is not something the hotel can control Sometimes you have to wait a bit for the elevator It's a bit annoying that the sliding bathroom door does not close 100% and that water travels out of the shower area - but those things are not so so bothersome

Cleaning staff always lack something. It was fine overall but every time they cleaned it was one thing which wasn't done like - not clean mat on the bathroom floor, no cups etc. But it was ok in total
