The hotel was nice and clean. The entry was nicely lit, and the windows brought in a lot of sunlight. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and always greeted me whenever I came and went. The location was central and close to everything I needed.

The breakfast lacked healthy options. For example, the yogurt was low and protein, but high in sugars and carbohydrate. There was yogurt and hot options like pancakes some form of bacon or sausage and some form of eggs. I did like they offered hard boiled eggs one day. I wish they had offered more fresh fruit and example is like cut up fruit. They offered like a whole apple but nothing to really cut it with a plastic knife.

Staff were so kind and helpful, nice and clean, rooms were comfortable and clean. Location was close to many restaurants, some within walking distance.

No microwave in the room, but was able to use the one in the lobby. Not the hotels fault but the restaurant next door is very noisy. If you need to get rest to get up early ask for a room away from the restaurant. Music stopped by 10:15.

It was an excellent stay. We was in awe with all of the up to date amenities the friendly staff. Everything was so convenient in the area.The decor was so pretty. We are ready for our next visit.

The breakfast could have been prepared a little better. The grits were a little grainy and did not cook well.It was a little wait to get pancakes.

breakfast was phenomenal, it made my stay even better because of the food itself. I loved the extra toiletries in the bathroom, made me appreciate the room more.

I was surprised that you don't take cash and that was not mentioned at the time of me setting up my booking. I had to keep my fingers crossed when swiping my card because I was fully intentionally paying via cash.

Upon arriving to the location I was impressed by the appearance of the overall property and how convenient it was to all the restaurants and shopping. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant, as well as the rooms being extremely nice for the price point. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

the gym could be a little bigger.

The location, the setup of the lobby area, and the gym equipment I also enjoyed the breakfast that was available The options were fresh and tasty as of they were prepared and not just sitting under the light. The bathroom was nicely lot and the circulation was adequate to allow the towels to dry.

The bed was comfortable but it had a big dip in the center The people above were pretty loud walking I wish the shower had a removable shower head for the shower.

Staff were accommodating and very friendly. Clean and well appointed surroundings. Loved the lounge for working and access to outlets. Free coffee all day and a water dispenser.

The elevators were used for guests and also staff with carts, garbage, housekeeping. Would like to have water dispensers on every floor. Empty soap dispensers in the room. Housekeeping needs to check them more often.

It was clean and very convenient as well. Was also surrounded by plenty of restaurants and grocery stores and other places. You didn't have to travel far to have a good time. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, definitely would recommend and come back to stay again.

The only thing I didn't like was having to go to the lobby area to reheat my dinner or leftovers when I I needed too. I've never experienced that before.

It’s modern and clean, serves perfectly for a one night stay to cut the road. Some staff was very nice. There is free breakfast, many choices.

For 2 people plus luggage the rooms would already feel a bit cramped. Some staff could have made a little more effort. Although the breakfast buffet had a lot of choices, it’s not been the greatest quality (to me).

Really great reception. Iza was extremely professional and informative. She answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed to the hotel. She is a what every hotel should want in a reception. You have a true Superstar on your Team!
