The room was large and very comfortable. The shower was fantastic and the bed very comfy. The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful in getting us quickly checked in and pointing us to our room. The room was easy to park next to and was under surveillance of a camera which gave us peace of mind.

There really wasn’t much we didn’t like. The bathroom possibly could have been a little cleaner, but overall for the price, it was a fantastic room.

Location, price

No daily cleaning. Light in bathroom broken. Water damage on walls. Roaches. No way to print boarding passes. No help at front desk. Pool advertised but not available for 2 years now.

I really enjoyed it but they did overcharge me and I’ve asked multiple times to help fix it but they have not responded. When I had asked the desk they told me to reach out to them but no response but I did love the property.

People are always nice and convenient to stores.

This is the first time we have stayed and the room wasn't the cleanest. But things happen we will see next time.

Decent shower with good water pressure.

Bed was uncomfortable. Place looked run down & not well maintained. Our door wouldn't latch unless we slammed it & leaned on it hard. Says 'pet friendly'...but NOWHERE to take your pet to do its business unless you expect them to relieve themselves on the pavement in the parking lot. Couldn't hear noise from adjoining rooms, but outside noise was loud. Trains, car doors, barking dogs, etc. Curtains let in a lot of light, couldn't sleep well. No breakfast options, not even breakfast bars or muffins, just coffee, which I don't drink.

Did not do breakfast room was great. The company that was also staying there was extremely loud until about 2:00 am

The room was huge and without carpets, the bed was comfortable and the temptation to take the pillows when we left was strong (where du they come from?? They're SO GOOD.). I also very much appreciated how sweet and patient the clerk was; my reservation had gotten a touch messed up and she fixed it quickly, calmly, and with good cheer. I also really like inns with outdoor room access, it is easier on my dog and given covid the lack of lobby experience is really good.

Unfortunately, the floor was horrifically cold and there were no carpets or area rugs to help mitigate this. I ended up making a nest out of the towels for my dog (we don't travel with a bed for her as she usually doesn't care). Like, it was cold enough that my feet cramped when I put them on said. I would stay here again, but definitely with slippers.

The room was extremely clean! The receptionist was so nice and helpful!

Breakfast is just a few snacks to grab and go. Rooms need to be refurbished soon.
