A very good location next to the city centre. Plenty of restaurants and shopping + sights within a very short walking distance. An afternoon snack at the reception + free coffee/tea 24/7. 2 lifts to go to the upper floors so no queuing for that. Very good breakfast. Nice staff. Nice-looking lobby area. No noise in the hotel. A nice rooftop view from our room on the 5th floor.

The room and especially the bathroom were cold. A barn door to the bathroom, using the whole wall at the end of the beds, which meant that the television could not be placed on the wall where we could have watched it from the bed - instead it was on the side of the beds. The room was not very big, but luckily we did not have much luggage.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Free tea/coffee and fruit downstairs, which was appreciated. When we arrived, it was pouring with rain, and they offered to lend us umbrellas. Not far from the main railway station and old Aalborg. Helpfully gave us a map and showed us a nice walk around the centre of Aalborg, which was really beautiful.

The room was somewhat dated and rather noisy, as it was on the main road. As there was no air-con, it was necessary to have the ventilator open, at least, which let in quite a lot of noise. However, the room was not expensive, so I can't complain.

24h reception, the exception nowadays in Scandinavia. I arrived after midnight due to a missed train connection but the hotel is only a short walk from the station and I could still order a goodnight beer in the extensive and cosy lobby. Excellent location in every way. Exceptionally friendly, you can chat with the reception staff. A good breakfast was included in the room price: Everything from eggs, to fresh fruit, to pastries. A degree of Danish humour in the place too - wait until you see how you can signal whether you want the room cleaned or not...

Visible wear-and-tear, spotlessly clean but might need renovation soon. Completely okay for now, considering the good location and the reasonable price.

The room was big and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was good, as you could walk to several tourist sites and areas with restaurants. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. I would definitely stay here again.

The sun coming into the bathroom sometimes made the bathroom too hot to be in, but I don't suppose the hotel could do much about that.

Comfortable room, very friendly staff, free beverages all day long, very good breakfast, 15 minutes from center of Aalborg, parking space right across the street. The lady in the reception was kind enough to offer to dry our clothes when we got soaking wet one night.

Everything was perfect. The last day we missed breakfast because it was one hour earlier during the working days of the week, but that was our mistake.

- This is an interesting property which is different from other modern hotels. No fancy things. Just basic ones. But well maintained and clean. - The staff is amazing and the breakfast is a good spread. - The coffee machine at the lobby (with even hot chocolate) was available 24x7; Free snacks in the evening was a nice initiative.

- The breakfast menu was the same everyday

Almost everything was spot on, but what I liked the most was to find friendly, smiling faces after a very long trip. It really felt as welcoming as it can get. Sadly, we only stayed one night in our passing through the night, but the beds were really comfortable, the room for three was very accommodating, spacious and very clean. The food (breakfast) was excellent, with lots of options. It seems to be in a part of the town where one can have access to shops, grocery stores, etc.; however, we did not explore that aspect. There is a small parking place that needs to be arranged with the hotel before your trip, but it seems there are other parking spots nearby.

All was good, perhaps a little more cabinets or area where to place your own toiletry in the bathroom, but other than that, everything was spot on.

Good location quiet , comfortable rooms but fairly basic , breakfast was a decent selection , lobby was comfortable and welcoming with free coffee and some nibbles . Good WiFi .

Not all staff friendly , hot section in breakfast wasn’t very hot .

Excellent breakfast, really helpful staff, plenty of lounge areas, a coffee machine with good coffee and hot chocolate and a small bar, convenient car park around the corner if you can't get into the hotel carpark, and close to shops and restaurants etc. Only 15-20 minutes from Ålborg airport.

The staff was very helpful through our my stay. Gave recommendations on where to eat, how to get places , printed my train tickets everything and very friendly too. Rune, gentleman at front desk was so very informative on the area and extremely helpful with everything.

Wish there was an ice machine verses getting ice by the glass. It may be a European custom, I'm just use to having a machine available and bucket in room for ice in USA.
