Very good selection for breakfast. Cozy atmosphere and good location with parking lot. Ideal for 1 or 2 nights.

If you book standard family room the bunk beds are foldable and of smaller than standard size. So, if your kids are older they might feel a bit uncomfotable. The matrasses are rather on the soft side which might not be to everyone’s taste. Ventilation id centrally controlled and for any adjustment you need to call the receptionist. There were some candies on the carpet when we arrived but othetwise it eass clean and tidy.

Lovely room, beds and bathroom. Quiet too. It is 200kr more for a dog, but, unusually, you get nice extras with that, such as a lovely dog bed, dog snacks and a water bowl. There is a nice park nearby with musical trees, which you walk through to get to the station. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, with so much choice, including vegan / plant-based and gluten free. The chia pudding with toasted coconut was especially good.

There is no heating/cooling control in the room, you have to phone reception, which is not ideal for something that takes time to adjust. It was too hot most of the night and suddenly significantly cooler at about 4am, without us calling.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, but nearly to Aalborg City Center. The hotel reception is open 24/24. The room is large enough, the beds are very comfortables, there are all the facilities inside. The breakfast was varied and plenty enough for everybody.

During the 5 days of our stay, wasn’t made any kind of cleaning inside our room, even if we didn’t put the message Don’t Disturb outside the door. The sink was clogged from the 1st day… I presume was our mistake we didn’t notice the reception, but it’s also intolerable to assign a such non verified room to a guest… We stayed on 232 room, that’s next door from the restaurant, so every morning, at 6:30 AM, were awakened by the hungry other people from the hotel… The noise of the forks and knifes started on 6:30 AM and stopped around 9 AM, so it was impossible to sleep a little bit longer…

we had trouble with other (young) guests during our stay. kids have been very noisy until late night and very early morning (school class would have fit better in a youth hostel). we complained at the front desk the day after and they acknowledged our feedback. finally, we have received a compensation - which is appreciated.

The breakfast was delicious and expansive. We loved having a lot of healthy options in the morning. The rooms were compact, but there was space in the lobby to lounge. We traveled with a dog, and the staff put a dog bed, a water bowl, and some treats in the room for her. Parking was convenient and safe. All of the staff were incredibly helpful.

The rooms were a little small, and the shower enclosure didn't prevent most of the water from escaping the shower area. The water pressure made it hard to wash my thick hair, as it took a while to rinse out the shampoo.

The breakfast was really good. there es a huge selection of different food. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my room and the guy at the reception was really kind and helped me a lot. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Everything was nice - comfy room and bed, friendly staff and good breakfast -

- that was quite inconvenient no possibility to control the room temperature ourselves - it could only be made by the reception staff - it was winter and it was cold - we had to call them X2 in the evening/night.

Modest but usable gym open 24x7. Nice breakfast area. Location nog too far.

Rip-off prices for beer just like elsewhere in Denmark. Tourists avoid please! 13€ pef ping and food even worse!

Its perfect location near centar, and breakfast wqs delicious. Stuff was so helpfull.

There wasnt space for smoking, when it rainning you need to be out.

Very good breakfast. Excellent choices and good gluten free options too. We appreciated the hotel’s underground secure parking. Convenient location for walking to Kunsten Museum of modern Art and city sights in general.
