The staff was so lovely, especially the Swiss host by the check-in and drinks. Great service! The room was also very comfy and had everything we needed.

A boiler and some coffee/tea in the room would have been a bonus!

Everything is completely new, the hotel have just opened. There is a grocery store just across the street. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Parking is expensive.

The hotel is extremely modern, clean and new with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect for visiting the city but is also quiet. The beds were very comfortable including the bunk beds.

A kettle in the room would have been great. The rooms were a little small for a longer stay.

What a comfortable and modern new hotel! Soundproof rooms, blackout curtains, atmospheric lighting in the rooms, no boring white ceiling, a large tv, a perfect shower in terms of water pressure and temperature and very comfortable beds. Super friendly multilingual staff members helped us check in. Hotel parking was full but we were directed to a parking lot a 3-minute walk away that was even free from 19h till 8h. Handy little nightstands, clothes racks and a sidetable in the room. Large mirrors. Nice walk into the city centre.

The hotel is definitely air conditioned but we would’ve loved it slightly cooler or the fan slightly higher, unfortunately you can’t really change that for your room as a guest. The duvet was very soft but also very warm, I wonder if they have separate versions for summer and winter because this felt like a winter duvet. 120 NOK for a dog per night is a bit steep, I feel that could become a bit cheaper also compared to other hotels.

Staff exceptional. Breakfast very much to my taste. No warm food but lots of fresh fruit, cheese, cooked meat and breads. Breakfast room attractive.

The key pad room entry a little unusual but soon got used to it. Not the fault of the property but online instructions google etc took me on a detour from the station. Very easy to find if you turn right when leaving Aalborg main station (train from the airport) then immediately left down a wide avenue keeping the building with Kennedy to your right. The hotel is about 300 metres down this avenue at the traffic lights. Only 5 minutes from the station.

The hotel was one of the best, which we ever had. It's totally new, located in a nice area, just a short walk to the old town. Our room had an amazing window front with the possibility to sit there to relax while having a great view. The room was quiet, the beds were comfortable, the arrangement for placing the bags and clothes was very comfortable and smart. Everything was very clean and the staff was lovely and friendly. The parking place was direct at the hotel and very comfortable too. I'd come again, if I were there once again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Though the room was small, the bed was delightful, especially so the pillows which I find more often than not are horrendously soft at hotels. The staff was so sweet and nice, they really gave us a great welcome, especially the Swiss coworker there, sadly I didn't get his name. The room was spotless and we had an amazing view of Aalborg from the room. The location is absolutely ideal as it's just a short walk from the main station, and we ended up walking everywhere instead of taking public transport.

It's hard to say what not to like, as mentioned the room was a little bit cramped, but can't blame the hotel for that, and there was plenty of space for us two.

Clean and new!

Everything was new and clean, the room had everything I needed. I loved the big corner window in the room. All sockets were located in the right places (which is surprisingly not always the case in many hotels). The design was simple and nice. Members of staff were helpful and polite. Luggage lockers behind the reception are great. A lot of things were thought through by architects/designers. It’s easy to walk to the hotel from the train station.

All the maps (Google, Apple and even the one on Booking.com) had incorrect location.

the door was not soundproof enough and one could hear the code beeping whenever anyone tried to open a door along the corridor ,it was hard to tell if someone was trying to open my room door or another door. But all the same, the noise is very disturbing room is not very spacious only one bottle of water was provided despite booking for a room for 2.
