Overall clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Location: depends on what you are looking for. It is right next to the main bus stop and train terminal, with a shopping center right next to the hotel and easy access to bus that takes you to anywhere else in the city. However, the neighborhood is a bit on the quite side, next to residential apartments.

Rooms are a bit small (but we already knew this while booking) but clean. It would be good to have a small restaurant in the hotel, or at least a vending machine. This city sleeps early and if you come in late, a vending machine will ensure that you do not go to bed hungry!

Always accidentally next to you. Because she wants to go home soon and doesn't want to wait till 11.00 when you are leaving. This behaviour is common in many industrial hotels and same here. Doesn't matter where you stay, she will always clean noisy next to you.

Amazing location right next to the bus terminal - it was lovely as we didn't have to think too much about where to go right as we got to a new city. The hotel was very clean and well furnished, it looked pretty and the bathroom was very well made.

It was a bit dim and the prices were a bit high but that's the same all over Denmark :)

Fantastic location, excellent service, good restaurants next door ,train station and bus station beside the hotel. Self check in was great as we arrived late at night. Very friendly staff, everyone spoke English. Water tap in lobby for cold water to drink and to refill bottles. Coffee was only 25dkk . Very clean

It was in an excellent location being close to the train and bus stations and a walk along the main road straight into town. Food shops nearby.

I had to ask someone to check-in for me on the computer and to make my plastic key. All the young backpackers could do it easily. (I’m over 70).

Not much bad to say really, the self check in can be a little tricky sometimes, and its no minibar or cooler at the room for those who needs cold drinks but its not a big problem 😅

Good location and a nice and clean room.

The room felt a bit unsafe as you could not lock the door from the inside. I also would have liked a safe for valuables. I was afraid to leave anything in the room that I was not prepared to lose.

Hi Zleep Hotel Aalborg, Check-in went painless with the automat in the entrance. You did indeed make our stay comfortable. We did especially like the beds. We didn't have time for breakfast - so no comments on that. The staff member in the morning was very friendly.

Although there only was one (1) toilet role (that was already in use) without any back-up, and none in the reception - this could have been a problem.

It’s good for short stay

If you are traveling for work like I did or you want to use wifi to watch videos, you should be ready to get disappointed. I guess my room was far away from the router and the noise level on WiFi was around -100 db meaning an extremely weak signal.

Simple and yet very lovely and nice breakfast buffet. The location itself is very good too due to its proximity to the train and bus station. Although the room was clean, there was basically nothing in the room (such as a small kettle) but it is alright for a short stay.

The staff were usually okay but sometimes could have been more welcoming or interested in helping the guests feel more welcome or comfortable.
