This was a lovely stay in Ribe. The resort is really nice and offers everything you may need. All individual houses provide enough privacy and yet you do not feel secluded. The rooms offer ample space and are equipped with all necessary appliances. The bathroom is also on a big side and is quite comfortable. Access to town is really easy and you can reach the main square in 10 mins on foot. Parking space is also provided, however, it was just not adjacent to our house, but not a big deal. We requested a complimentary breakfast which is picked at the reception as a prepared set packed into a paper bag. For us the breakfast was enough and it was tasty. I can definitely recommend the place.

At the outskirts of the town but still walking distance to centre and main attractions. Clean (outside and inside). Very well cared for. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet area. Parking close by with possibility unloading and loading directly at door front. We were outside of main season so it was quite quiet in general. Membership discount card (not used as always forgot to mention it).

It can be obvious from official pictures but some may get disturbed by the fact that guests in upper floor of apartments can see in each other apartments when curtains are not closed(not mentioning the balcony). This is not flaw by design and it depends on each other lenience and tolerance. It was not problem for us but I feel the necessity to mention it.

Self catering facilities were good, location convenient with a nice walk to the town and there are electric car chargers at the property.

Price is inclusive of breakfast but, despite asking for something plant based, we were given meat and cheese every day which is not very ecologically minded for 2025! The rooms are rather clinical and bare - would be improved with some window dressings, rugs and soft furnishings.

Quiet area close to the town's center. Instead of rooms, lovely little houses for every traveller combined in a tiny "village". Friendly staff. Perfect for a short stay. I would love to stay there once again.

Breakfast is packed in a bag for taking out to a room, which means no warm and freshly cooked stuff (bread with various spreads, frozen yogurt, and similar). There was quite a few ants in the house, not living there but rather crossing it from door to door (I wouldn't notice but my wife wasn't happy about it).

If you're carrying heavy luggage, requesting a ground floor unit is recommended. We had a great stay. The room was clean with a fully equipped kitchen. We only needed to pick up some ingredients and condiments. One of the highlights was cooking and enjoying a delicious homemade steak dinner.

You have to pay for towels and bedsheets if you didn't bring your own.

Beautiful well appointed resort just outside of Ribe. The town is within walking distance through a beautiful cemetery. Our apartment was nice and clean with a balcony. We did not realize that you had to preorder bed linens and we arrived after the office closed. We were able to get all we needed the next day from the office. The resort rents out bikes and canoes and we had so much fun biking around the area including the Viking Center and padding down the water canals.

Location is really great. Staff was nice. The apartment was very well equipped! All that you need for a pause with kids. Playground was very much appreciated

The apartment was very cosy and the facilities at the hotel are fun and helpful. The bike rental made our day easy and fun. Beds were very comfortable and it was perfect that the apartment had everything we needed. Me and my boyfriend loved the outdoor chess!

It would've been nice to know prior to booking about the hidden fees for the linen and towels. Paying £120+ I would've thought it'd have been included, but we managed fine without as it was a short stay :)

At the check in we have been asked to pay 100kr extra for linen and towels per person. It was a surprise cause on booking.com it was not indicated and was not appearing at all to choose the option or even pay extra for it…. So be aware of it. I do still think that they should reimburse us that amount.

We loved everything! The size of the flat is great, and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has the basic appliances for a short stay like ours. We loved the private patio! Staff is very nice and helpful.
