The room was very pretty. I liked the historic feel to the room and the hotel. The bed was comfy. I liked the rooftop window for lots of fresh air. The room and shared bathroom were spotless. I could walk to everything including the Viking Center. Check in and out was very easy and the host had great communication.

The owner is super nice. After chekc out I wanted to call a taxi to go to the station because it was raining ..it was too late to call a taxi and he offered to drive me to the station. Very kind. The hotel is quiet and cosy.

There was only one bathroom on the floor and I had to wait a long time to use it

Cosy hotel with excellent service. Susanne was fantastic and helped us out with any information we needed. Great location, could walk through the old city with ease. Parking was also convenient, if there is no space at the hotel there is a free parking location about 200 metres down the street.

Most of it, great for two people per room.

The expectation that three people can sleep in one double bed (adult, 17y and 10y old) This is poorly managed on booking.com. there is no space in the rooms for even an extra mattress on the floor.

We stayed for 4 days in March 2022 (three people aged mid-thirties, two rooms) and enjoyed it very much. People were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very small, but cozy, and the restaurant food is delicious. Breakfast was also good. The adjoined bar is like an Irish pub, there even is a little marine museum in the breakfast room. There is Wifi and TV in the rooms. The hotel is in a quiet area of the town, only on the weekend there was a bit of noise from the pub at night. The town of Ribe is beautiful, mainly old brick houses, cobblestones, lots of history. At the same time, there is a rich nightlife, lots of shops, museums etc. Definitely worth a visit. We would really like to come back and stay at Hotel Ribe again.

Minor drawbacks: No cabinets in our rooms, only a wardrobe. Our bathroom was very small and some of the rooms share a common bathroom. The water takes long to get warm. But it's a very old house, after all. We didn't mind it and the cozyness and familiarity totally made up for it!

The staff was attentive and was able to accommodate a large group. We had the best time at Hotel Ribe. Would definitely recommend this place. It’s right in the middle of everything. Having a pub downstairs was a happy bonus.

Easy to find and right up close to center of the town. Staff was welcoming and nothing short of helpful. They have a restaurant/pub for dinner, food was delicious!! We had a nice time after dinner playing pictionary in their lounge, they have other games available. The room was good sized, comfortable. Bathroom with shower clean and spacious. We were especially grateful for the blackout blinds on the windows :)

Nothing comes to mind, it's a fairly old building but very well kept and it is part of their charm!

A nice little hotel offering good food and accommodation. We were very comfortable and had a great stay. The location is also optimal, very close to all the sights.
