Lovely entry foyer and rooms set up with art and flowers. Very welcoming, cosy, enjoyed the sense of hygge. Beds were comfortable, my best nights sleep for a while. Good range of options.for breakfast. Ceramic mugs for tea ran out and staff washed up on request. Tea is not the same in a paper cup so very much appreciated. I was able to leave my bags while I went for and explore of Nyborg. Good communication via email after hours for check in. Great to have a human being to engage with. If I am ever back in Nyborg I would stay again.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations for location, amenities and aesthetic. We were a quick trip to our venue, a very walkable location, we saw all of Nyborg by walking from this location. We were close to many restaurants, grocery markets and more. We were very impressed with the decor of our room and hotel altogether. Breakfast was tasty and Wi-Fi was free. We had access to their outside guest area, where we found the cutest lawn bowing court. There was also free parking out back and on the street.

Sadly, the bed in our room was not suitable. The mattresses were very thin and worn. This cause some back issues for both of us, nor were we able to have a, much needed, restful sleep. We were very impressed with breakfast the first morning of our stay, however it was very repetitive the days to follow, and there were less and less offerings closer to the end of the weekend. The last day there were not any eggs or much fruit available, and we are early risers. The bathroom is a wet room, although this isn't a problem, we just found it quite inconvenient to have to squeegee the bathroom floor after every time we showered. Just something to consider as it does take time to do it well, or you'll have wet feet every time you go into the bathroom.

Staff was really nice. We had problems with Booking.com but the staff sorted it out even if it was late Sunday evening. The room itself was prettier than in pictures but the bathroom wasn't. Might be a good idea to renovate or think about the location of the shower again (now everything got wet when one person showered). The common areas and halls were wonderfully decorated and athmospheric. Breakfast was great, even if simple enough. Being able to get coffee and tea from downstairs anytime for free was a thoughtful touch.

A really lovely place to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a tastefully restored old building with lots of character and artwork. We appreciated the free coffee machine which was available for use 24/7. There is a secluded garden with an orangie to enjoy if the weather turns bad. First rate breakfast.

There was nothing to dislike except the steep stairs.

Nice location and easy to park the car for free. Super kind and helpful staff! Breakfast was fine, and the room was clean and cozy. Big plus for the outdoor area in the evening sun. Would definitely stay here again!

Very little storage in the room. Few and/or badly placed electrical outlets. Couldn't find a way to adjust temperature in the room (was very hot when we arrived) so had to sleep with the windows open, but the street was pretty quiet.

Within 15 minutes walk form the station, lovely house. Even if I choose a cheaper room it was high quality and comfortable bed. Probably the best option for a traveller passing Nyborg that want some real comfort.

Information wa sa bit unclear here and there (saw in total 3 different times for breakfast). Bathroom was not propertly clean from last guest. (but within accetable)

Nice cosy room, black shutters (quite efficient in screeing the external light, hotel with a nice atmosphere, close to the centre and the harbour, good breakfast with buffet and different options

It is a bit strange that they only clean every third day, justifying it with environmental awareness... Never seen before. However, we only stayed two nights, so not a big problem. Maybe more cereals for breakfast would have been nice

Very nice house, well organized, comfortable lounge and little coffee/tea bar and delicious breakfast. Room was clean, even with a nice balcony and had everything as written. Friendly staff.

Small issue with the balcony door, but it was fixed immediately after I let them know.
