The hotel was a 12 minutes walk from the station. The staff were accommodating and let us check in early since it’s the quiet season. The room was fine with 2 beds. The beds were touching so we tried to push them apart a little!! The included breakfast was the highlight. It was amazing with so many options, all beautifully laid out. One of the staff members at breakfast was very friendly and gave us lots of tips for our visit to Copenhagen.

It could do with a bin in the room, not just in the bathroom.

Breakfast was excellent, although the "individual" portions of scrambled eggs required me to make a couple of visits to the breakfast buffet (I am usually quite "generous" with my serving of eggs in the morning). The Hotel is the ideal location to visit the H.C. Andersen Museum (only a few hundred meters away).

Unfortunately, the Hotel does not have a backdoor access to the parking place... If you arrive by car, be aware that you need to walk about 200m outside, with your luggage, between you car and the Hotel. Try dropping your luggage first and park afterwords, although I'm not sure if parking directly at the Hotel entrance is allowed. I couldn't find a proper place to do it.

Excellent location, very close to the main pedestrian street and HC Andersen museum. There’s a little food market out the front some mornings too. The staff at reception were lovely and always helpful. Breakfast was delicious each day with a great variety. We had dinner in the hotel one night and the food was exceptional. The kitchen staff are very good!

Some milk in the room to go with the kettle and tea would have been useful.

Staff were very friendly and professional. Breakfast was very good with a decent amount of choice. The rooms were no-frill but very clean and confortable. The hotel was very well located close to the city center - very convenient. Not able to assess the restaurant/bar as we stayed over Christmas and new year and the restaurant/bar was closed for several days.

We always love coming here, very comfortable, amazing food and a great location! Great place for a weekend stay.

One small thing - I called the reception to ask for some toothpaste since I forgot mine and they said "It's free if you come to the reception, but if I bring it to you we'll need to charge a room service fee of" and I think it was around 20 euros which I found a bit outrageous. It was at around 11PM so not even a busy time.

Good location adjacent to the new village. Comfortable nicely decorated room which had plenty of space for luggage and extremely well equipped. Very clean. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Coffee available all day in the lounge area.

Staff not very helpful. Could not advise on restaurant recommendations near to the hotel. Referred us to to a travel booklet in the lounge but these had run out. Thought we might try the in-house restaurant but told they had run out of food even though there appeared to be no more than 6 diners in the restaurant - it was 8pm!

The hotel was walking distance from the train station and was just across the road from the are where Hans Christian Anderson stayed. The room was a good size, larger than others we’d had in Denmark. Lovely selection of breakfast goodies.

Nothing, everything was fin. Only slight comment was the bathroom was a little dated but everything worked and having a bath was a bonus!

Breakfast was great. Location is very convenient. The room was very spacious, tidy, and clean. I like that a kettle, cups, and some tea were available.

Occasionally some thumping noises were audible, perhaps from the hallway or the bathrooms, and not during the night.

A most enjoyable stay. The highlight was your amazing barman who looked after us splendidly and with whom we had fascinating conversations about Denmark and gin! One of the highlights of our Danish holiday which included Copenhagen and Roskilde.

The breakfast was exceptional with high quality hearty as well as cereals as well as sweet components. Alkaline products like fresh carots and others were part of the choice. Even when the breakfast room was well-frequented, the atmosphere was really comfortable. The sleeping room was very good and the hotel was inside characterized by friendly brick architecture. Over average hotel architecture, indeed. It fits to the prosperous Odense. The hotel was close to the city and to most of touristic spots.
