Comfortable beds. Clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent - huge choice. Comfortable lounge area with free coffee/hot choc facility. There were free snacks available alongside - small pots of crisps, pretzels sticks and squares of carrot cake but those had run out when we returned in the evening.

Hot summer's day so we had windows open wide. The air didn't circulate particularly well. Quite warm / slightly stuffy on the top bunk. (Family room of 4) But surprisingly comfortable bunk bed. With the windows open, the sound of the trams throughout the night and early morning was surprisingly loud. Something to be aware of for light sleepers.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was really nice. I liked that there was a lounge with tea and coffee available and also cake in the afternoon! Weirdly I also liked the automatic doors ( if you go you'll see what I mean)! The hotel is a short walk from the train station and the tram line and then the main attractions are only a few minutes away so the location is good.

Honestly, nothing was wrong as such, but a couple of really minor things were that the room light wasn't too bright so I needed to turn on a lamp as well. Also, the hotel information is done by a QR code and I couldn't get it to work in English, though that was probably my error. And, whilst tea and coffee was available in the lounge it would have been nice to have the facilities in the room too. But, like I said, all these are minor issues and I'd have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone

Parking is shared with adjacent hotel thus limiting already available few spaces... and its on a first come first serve basis ... 3 parking places have charging possibilities however anyone can park .... The bathroom is small and the ventilation is minimal Lighting in the room can be improved.

The bed was really comfortable. I liked the free popcorn, cakes and coffe/tea. The breakfast was really good and various except the scrambled eggs...weird taste, not good. The bar and dinning area looked very nice and cozy. I recommend. Radiators very good. Parking small and if you go in town by car it's possible not to find another spot to put your car...so better to go on foot cause everything it's close by. On our check out we could leave our car at the hotel and go visiting...that was super nice! Thank you guys for a great short stay!

In the bathroom was really cold and some shoes could work very nice.

The location was excellent, just in the center of Odense which made accessing attractions such as the HC Andersen House very easy. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Free parking just behind the hotel was perfect. Good breakfast (quite a small selection though, although all essentials are there), clean room and all facilities worked well. Fast Wi-Fi as well. The hotel itself seems to be very old and it’s definitely not a place of luxury, but for the price and with the amenities on offer I found it to be a very good deal. I did have an issue with the shower during my stay although the friendly receptionist allowed me to change rooms so that worked out well. The staff were very friendly and polite (and I could communicate with them using my Swedish so that was great).

The hotel itself could see some modernisation. I miss having an extra chair in the room or another table as the desk was quite small. The small table lamps were way too bright for my taste, so I didn’t use them really. Bathroom was alright but still the water pressure in the shower was not that great. Also the sound insulation was something I never had any issues with, except for when the “neighbours” were flushing their toilet. I could hear that quite loudly, but it didn’t annoy me at all.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. I was surprised to see both an iron and an ironing board in the room. The hotel is very close to the central train station, which made travel easy. Overall, it was great value for the money.

The bathroom was a bit small, especially the shower, which felt tight.

Parking was very limited and very tight for manovering Smoking area was at the back entrance door which is not great for non smokers entering the hotel, as a smoker i thought there could have been a better smoking area.

The lounge could’ve been organized/cleaned multiple times per day. Emtpy cups were everywhere. And it could use some air (open window or something). Bathroom of the room very outdated. Would love to have a mini fridge and a full mirror in the room.

The location is great. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast has many choices and is very delicious. Bed is comfortable.

Free parking means about 12 places, and "First come first serve" is the principle, so there's a great chance that you have to go to nearby parking place for plus money. The bathroom is a bit too small and the ventilator does nothing.

Free hot drinks throughout the stay Varied breakfast with some healthy and organic options. Friendly staff. Free on site parking. The shower was good with high pressure. Good location for exploring Odense.

Pillows were a little bumpy and mattresses a little thin. The beds kept opening up between us. Room was a little small but standard for in a city.
