This apartment is in a great location for walking to museums, restaurants and coffee shops. A full grocery store is a short walk away. The kitchen was equipped to allow us to prepare a light supper and breakfast. Coffee shop below!

Not a problem, but we picked up the key a couple blocks away. Parking is also a few blocks away, but you can pull up to the door to unload. Unit is up one flight of stairs. Again this is ok for us, but the carpet on the stairs is very dirty and smelly. Once inside, everything was a bit dated, but really good for us.

Classy retro and spacious apartment on the second floor- lots of light, great views of the old part of the city out of the windows and wonderful breezes in late summer! Highlight of our Denmark adventure. Also right next door to Den Gamle Kro!!! FANTASTIC - helpful/friendly - Apartment office staff (Patrick (:). Comfy beds! Great/safe/inexpensive parking for the car.

6 AM garbage pickup on Wed AM!! (not so good with open windows). Car was parked a little far to be able to go back and forth to it conveniently during the 1 day visit to Odense. We parked it at the City Hotel office where you pick up the keys. If guests could some how leave the keys in the room to check out without having to go back to the office that would help a lot!

Location at the very heart of Odense, very helpful and kind staff at hotel Nattergalen, very clean, very good beds, well equipped kitchen and dining table for 8 guests (although we did not do any cooking or in-house dining), available tea and coffee.

Make sure to report at City Hotel Nattergalen and do not follow the directions in the Booking.com map, like I did..... They will hand you instructions and the key first. This was not clear upon booking or confirmation and cost me about 1 hour to sort out after a long day of travelling. The apartment itself was a little worn and smelled a little moldy upon entering, but comfortable enough.

The reception staff were really helpful, giving us maps and advice. The apartment was really central and had character. The bedding and towels were nice

The parking/reception was a walk away and the apartment was up several flights of steps. It was at times a bit noisy. Tea and coffee were provided but no milk

Super location downtown Odense. Close to all the things you want to see. Breakfast was very tasty, they make the small effort of doing things just a bit better than other places which makes it great, eg. good sausages, tasty cereals. The reception was super nice, warm, heartfelt welcome. We had a great time and would visit City Hotel Apartments/Nattergalen again.

Did not realize the breakfast was at City Hotel Nattergalen and not where the apartment is, so had to walk to the hotel for breakfast, but it was super easy and worth it. The apartment is not new, so if you want modern, lean Nordic design, dont choose it. But it is very spacious and location and view(Apartment 252) is excellent.

We lived in the top floor, with amazing view to the city center. Sitting on the balcony was so cozy - you really don’t want to leave! The bedroom was comfortable, kitchen fully equipped. We took breakfast and never regretted it- it was so tasty! The reception team was so so helpful and smiling!! The parking for the car was very cheap and convenient

Breakfast was very good and tasty. Only, it was a couple of hundred metres to breakfast. That's good for a morning walk if it's not raining:). I would recommend extending the breakfast time to 11.00

As we lived on the 4th floor, the water pressure in the shower and toilet could have been much better. I think this can be corrected by installing a stronger water pump in the building.

I took the apartment and it is at the center of the odense city. Main location where you can take a walk after work and go for shopping. Many parks are around as well.. All the staff were extremely supportive and flexible in changing the dates. Would recommend for sure.

Location in the city center. Clean and cozy .

A bit loud on Friday night . It is on the top floor without lift, so it is a bit uncomfortable with heavy luggage.

Perfect city location. Renovated a long time ago, but the cleanliness is impressive. Large bright and spacious rooms. The bedding was perfect . Very good breakfast. Good parking for the car.

The intercom does not work, the water pressure is weak. There is no lighting in the staircase.
