Good choice of restaurants. The buffet was particularly good with food cooked fresh at various stations. Adult and family swimming pools and lounges including premium pools and lounges which were available with Enclave membership. Variety of food available at beach locations. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent aqua park.

Almost daily wedding events were quite intrusive on the swimming pool area. Several guests with rooms near to the beach area where the weddings took place complained abvout the noise in the evening because they had yound children trying to sleep. The wedding parties also took over restaurants and other areas making it inconvenient for guests. As always, people put towels on sunbeds before 7:30 a.m. Despite the management advice that towels and personal items would be removed from sunbeds before 8:00, this did not happen. This was particularly the case for the infinity pool where the 'best' spots were reserved sometimes as early as 7:00 a.m. The wi-fi with internet access was variable around the swimming pool, dropping out frequently. It was however quite solid in the main building areas.

Choice of dining, quality of food and service was excellent. Spotlessly clean throughout. Enclave check in process was a nice touch.

A small niggle was the guests that got up very early (still dark in some cases) to reserve sunbeds with towels. Typically there were none available by 10am at any pool in the adult resort and very few people there! It would be great if the resort could enforce their rule that this shouldn’t happen.

the erosion at the beach needs some attention the notifications of daily events and small perks we did not find until the last day would be nice if there was a weekly or daily print out showing when and where things were happening at the beach or pool or nite time activities casino needs to have some pictures or be redone fire karen she took all our money 4 days in a row

beautiful spot with wonderful beaches, views and pools. nice and helpful staff.

lots of extra fees for pools, beverages, tannings beds & areas that the hotel asks for in adding of 60$ per night for getting all this stuff. first time I have seen all inclusive hotels that asks for this type of extra charge for such basic stuff. in addition they have almost every evening private events that take place in main areas in frost of the beach, this preventing from regular hosted having the beach & sunsets.

The amenities, the food, the staff were quite nice and knew how to answer all of our questions. Went only for a night because a concert in CHAVON and even got us a private chauffer that stay until the end (paid it appart from our booking). The beach is a dream, calm and very clean. We want to go again and will be doing it very soon. The bell boys are awesome! Quite a great team and the frontdesk staff are amazing. Soto, Rodolfo and Samuel (the bellboys) go far and beyond to make your entrance and exit quite memorable.

Great location, food ok, the staff was friendly(except 2-3 people), clean and well aranged resort, calm sea, clean beach, clean pools, good service

One day our room was not cleened, some buttons from the room phone were missing, the climatisation was noisy - repetitively rattled, and soundproofing on the 3th floor is not the best, no elevator. The sunbeds on the enclave part of the beach was next to each other-no privacy

Amazing resort! I loved everything about it, except the arrangement for the airport shuttle service. I had to arrange this service at last minute and couldn’t do it, so I had to catch an Uber to the resort. Besides this, everything is amazing. Great food and drinks, desserts could be better, though! The price is also spicy for the Enclave garden view.

The location is perfect. The beach is awesome. The hotel is huge and very well maintained. The food in the buffet is amazing, lots of options, amazing quality and variety. The pools are not very busy, and because there are 3 big ones you won’t need to fight over chairs. Same at the beach. There is a lot of chairs.

I didn’t like the a la carte restaurant. The food was cold and tasteless. I didn’t like the quality of the drinks, it was impossible to make them less sweet. The room service food was not very good. Don’t waist your time and go to the buffet.

Closeness to beach. Buffet food was wonderful. Lots of bottled water supplied. Comfortable bed.

My only complaint is lack of entertainment on the adult only side and also the bad humidity in the rooms (and associated smell), but I understand that is hard to control due to the climate.

Everything, location is closed to Bayaibe, room was amazing I had the pool suite i also have stayed in the executive suite. Bothe experience always amazing.

Coffee cafe was not open until 7 AM I get up early and would like the option if possible but it was still ok.
