The hotel's location was nice, especially with the oceanfront access. We decided to stay a little further down from the "nightlife" to experience a bit of relaxation. We got the apartment suite and let me say it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, the AC worked amazing, and we even had a little kitchenette. The front desk concierge for check-in was a sweetheart, I wish I could've caught her name. If you read this, THANK YOU for your attention and helping us with the sudden car issue.

The only downfall of our stay was how short-staffed the hotel was. The attitude of the girls at the bar seemed as if they were annoyed in doing their job. On the first day after check-in, I ordered 2 drinks at the bar and an appetizer. It took 2 hours and 10 min for it to come out. I understand the level of shortage of staff and how it can affect the service. Unfortunately, we had to go next door to have a couple of drinks with a variety in both drinks and food.

The property was in a great location. The staff were easy to deal with and very friendly. There was a really good Italian restaurant right next door. We had sea views and bed was soft. It’s a cute little hotel right across from the ocean. The pool was very clean and the man who works to keep it up worked tirelessly.

The bed was too small. The free breakfast didn’t happen as they don’t open until 8 and we had to leave for whale watching at 8. Couldn’t even get a cup of coffee. It’s ok if you have no plans but if you need to be away before 8 you’re out of luck.

The hotel was basic but clean, with spacious rooms offering a stunning view directly opposite the beach. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always helpful, making the stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

It was frustrating that the internet didn’t work at all during our stay. The resort's section of the beach was also very poorly maintained. I noticed other resorts actively cleaning their areas, especially after a stormy night, but our resort's beach was left littered with plastic and rubbish, and it seemed like they couldn’t be bothered to clean it up.

Hotel is simple and cute beach hotel with nice view on hotel park, outdoor pool and the ocean. It is nice location, beach is just over the road. They water in the pool was quite cold. Hotel restaurant is simple and authentic, with the ocean view. Its recommended to know speaking spanish, as people are very friendly but very bad in speaking english. Only receptionis speaks english. For the pool and the beach you get fresh towels at the reception. Breakfast options are only 2; americano and dominicano. They serve fresh fruit for the breakfast, what was great. They are offering good meals for very good price (no additional taxes). Also you have many options to eat in other places near the hotel. Hotel has a security guard during the night.

Selection of breakfas was poor. We stayed 10 nights in this hotel, and we eat egs, toast, ham and cheese every day. Once they have surprised us with pancakes.😀. There is no animation program or suggestion for ativities.

Four night stay with My friend. Exellent, peacefull locatoin with view to The sea. Helpfull staff, very good english in reception, daily cleaning was super! We were very pleased and The hotel was perfect For our needs. Good bed and pillows!

Our room “the banana room” was very small. We had to keep our suitcases open on the floor and shuffle them around to access the door or get into bed.

Location, location, location. If you want to be by the beach it is right across the tiny street! Breakfast included is really good. Everyone is so nice!

Our room was not cleaned in between nights. Not a huge deal, but needed more towels and water.

Clean hotel,, good location near the beach, less than 10 minutes to the center. Very nice staff, especially the smiling Carmen at the reception, helpful, with good English (which is not usual) and always gave us good advice.
