Our stay at Punta Popy Boutique Hotel and Las Terrenas was our favourite in a 2 week trip to the Dominican Republic. The hotel is calm, charming and located a very short walk from the seafront (outside the centre of Las Terrenas, but this too is within easy walking distance). Everything is well organised, very tastefully decorated and clean. Jaume and Montse are attentive and helpful hosts, and prepare a delicious breakfast. When they are not around their supporting team are always on hand.

Our stay was without a doubt better than we expected! The proprietors are a delight and extremely helpful. Breakfast couldn’t have been better, the location quiet and perfectly situated, and the pool was a relief after a day on the beach. Highly recommended 🤗

it’s a tranquil haven amidst all the happenings of Las Terrenas. a walking distance to the beach, the sweet hotel has only five rooms and we were lucky to book the last one available. Owned by husband and wife from Barcelona, it exudes sophistication and exceptional taste, from the room layout and decor to landscape and lighting. the home made breakfast made by the couple is a mini trip to Europe, with warm bread, home-made mango/papaya jam, freshly squeezed pineapple juice, excellent Dominican coffee and a simple but delicious omelette. Add the couple’s and their staff’s friendliness and attention to detail and you get the picture.

The best possible accommodation in city ! There is no other way than staying in this Hotel if you prefer a pleasant stay with silence, privacy and special tips for your little tourie issues. Without any evaluation we would stay here again. As long and often as possible.

Absolutely nothing to complain.

Friendly owners, excellent breakfast, peaceful setting. My wife and I had a great stay. It's in a good location, you can walk to beaches, restaurants etc, but you can still get a good night's rest and enjoy the sounds of nature. We would definitely return.

Very stylish, cosy apartments with nice garden and pool. Everything was perfectly clean and the owner is just the best, always smiling, helpful, nice. He cooked us very good breakfast every morning. We would really recommended this place.

This really felt like a family-ran hotel, the owners really care about the guests and take good care of the property. The rooms are minimalistic and clean. The garden is lovely with plenty of greens. There are lounge chairs in front of every room for those who prefer to be outside. They helped us with picking restaurants, finding taxis, etc. Really enjoyable stay, thank you!

The location is a bit removed from all the action of Las Terrenas, but not a big problem if you drive by yourself. Also need a car to go to the nice beach nearby.

Beautiful, clean and cozy apartments. Beautiful decoration in a lovely location with a nice garden and swimming pool. Just few minutes walk from the nicest area of Las Terrenas. Tasty breakfast made by the lovely owners.

Perfect place to relax and enjoy a sunny vacation! Immaculate and nice rooms. Quiet, peaceful, charming and very close to the beach!

All that was needed were towels for the beach!
