Beautiful. Awesome. Love the 24 hour room service and the wait was never long.

That the adult pools at amber closes at 6. We are adults. 9 pm should be of good time. They charged me for a room with a pool and then canceled. More than a week and I’m still waiting to be refunded and I paid for another room. I dislike that so many restaurants u could not eat at. That’s unfair. I think u should be able to use the entire premises. It’s not free

The amount of activities the hotel has are just perfect to keep the whole family entertained

The staff from the restaurants and vehicles were not friendly, some of them are actually very rude. Also, we did not like to have people selling things and waiting for us every time we went to the buffet. Also, we paid for a room for 2 adults and 2 kids and the fridge from the room was only stocked with 1 juice and 1 milk even after I called the concierge to make them realize this was the case. Finally, we paud for a castle front room but there was a huge palm in front of the balcony which covered the castle.

The room was very spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were all nice and helpful. The buffet was really good with lots of selection. The hotel had a train to take you to the beach or the other resorts you have access too. The pool was big and there was plenty of seating. The beach is nice and clean. Room cleaning everyday. The magic and circus shows were both really good. The fridge items in the room was included in the price. The game room had a few fun games to play like pool and air hockey, but the prices per play were super expensive. Lots of options at the bars.

The room has a window into the bathroom and the covering doesn't extend all the way. May be awkward if you go with a friend or family member. The al a carte restaurants were good but don't get the Italian tortellini, only got 4 tortellinis. Done in 30 seconds. Setting reservations for multiple rooms can be a chore and can still have issues even going through guest services. Room cleaning seemed to miss things some days like taking the trash in the bathroom or refilling the fridge. Lots of annoying beach vendors.

Food selections were great. Kids loved the water park but were a little upset it was closed the last few days of our stay. Shows and entertainment were fun. Beach was clean and had a nice setup. Liked the quick food options while in the waterpark and on the beach. We also really like being able to reserve the restaurants on the app before our trip.

Sometimes bar tenders seemed annoyed to make certain drinks especially if they were frozen and they couldn't use premix. Some bartenders never smiled even though we were tipping. Coffee was not great and really no coffee shops to go to which was one of the most disappointing things for me. Room service was very limited and not that great. Maid overall did a decent job but left our blankets for us to make our own beds one night even though we tipped.

The staff was very good, everyone was very nice and helpful.

There should be designated areas for people to smoke. I was with my family, including my kids, and many people smoking right next to us everywhere in the facility. I was not expecting that, anybody smoking in all the areas of the resort. If you are good with that, then it is a great place to visit.

Service was great! Even with the language barrier the staff were friendly and always helpful! The property was clean and all the facilities functioned well. Restaurants and buffet were really awesome. Great entertainment by the poolside daily! Kids water park was also a hit!

Beds in the room were on the small and uncomfortable side but who goes on vacay to sleep lol

Food, stuff, kids friendly, very clean. Water park and pool for kids. Kids club. They help us to found a stroller for rental. Room service. Many water bottles for the room

If you pick castle side it will be music playing until 6pm. It’s ok but with a baby trying to nap little annoying. So just good to know. Take opposite side of you want quiet

Everything! We made reservations for the à la carte restaurants through the website before arriving (registration to their loyalty program first is mandatory) and we got an amazing culinary experience everyday. Our 3-year-old loved the food, the beach, and all the activities in the pools, it was so easy to keep him busy. It's our second time in Punta Cana and we will always come back, Dominicans are so warm and friendly, our child always felt welcomed by them.

We could hear everything going on outside of the room door, but is not completely their fault, I would wish some guests were more considerate and keep it quiet in the hallways.

There is easy access to the beach, various pools, restaurants, and the water park with the shuttle bus.

The room is a bit old. Although it is clean, there are still some areas that need repair. There isn't a coffee shop with good coffee; just some warm coffee in the lobby or from a coffee machine. The buffet restaurant isn't luxurious, just okay.
