The property is huge and beautiful! There are so many pools, the lazy river was my favorite! The Route 66 diner was best dinner option.

You could never get a reservation at the specialty restaurants. We were told go at 6, we went at 6, they don’t take reservations they just put your name on a list with no idea how long it will be. One told us to come back in 2 to 2 1/2 hrs….another one gave us a pager but you had to stay in that area or Libby, waited 45 minutes, went back they hadn’t moved down the list at all. Apparently this is a time share, we had no idea and didn’t agree to this. The first day a man was trying to set up a sales call at 9:30am the next morning…I’m on vacation! Them they would stop you randomly on the property and harass you. By day 3 we were tired of the food choices. All the pools and pool bars closed at 6pm, I thought that was extremely early.

The staff was amazing. Our luggage was lost, and Carlos helped out tons. They were extremely nice and personable. The bartenders learned your drinks with ease. The room was nice and comfortable as well. The staff also had so many events at the pool during the day and even had a foam party at night.

The upstairs could’ve used a bit more cleaning, but the living spaces were clean and comfortable. The food was no that great, but was edible. It was nice for the pay.

Overall the resort is extremely welcoming and there is so much to do. The food is excellent. Extremely happy with the tennis facility.

I highly recommend higher cleanliness of the rooms. Leftover paint is still all over the area and obviously was not cleaned from the start. In the kitchen, they should pay attention to washing fresh vegetables and fruits more thoroughly. Many times I found green vegetables and fruits rotten and unwashed. The food was extremely high quality and the value went down due to cleanliness.

the beach, the rooms, the party crew was phenomenal! The Blue Moon was the best restaurant to attend! the landscape and plants were amazing to pass by and plenty of beautiful scenery to see!

check in staff seems unorganized. the process took entirely too long and staff kept switching to help assist me. The vacation package presentation took to long just to end up saying no to the package. There should be a better way to make reservations for dinner! was declined several nights for entry!

It was a beautiful resort and the staff had excellent customer service skills.

I could never get a pool towel. It didn’t matter how early I was never any pool towels.

The a la carte restaurants are excellent. We were able to get reservations through the concierge service and they were well worth it! Especially the Blue Moon restaurant. The adults only area was perfect. One of the pools was livelier with music and animation staff and the other pool was more quiet and perfect for relaxing, resting and reading.

There was a bit of walking involved to get from one end to the other but it wasn't so bad.

I loved everything about the place. The staff just gets you in a good mood, always at your service and making sure you are having a good stay!

The food though... I had bad digestion throughout the whole stay! Still not sure if the heat is to blame or the food... But something about the food didn't felt right (to me). It was nice , but I think the way they preserve may not be effective. Other than that I had the best time of my life. Also service is kind of slow ... But I think it's a cultural thing ? You'll have to be patient for your coffee! And the airco ... Bring a sweater with you ^^

the resort is very easy to navigate . the light house is a nice touch. the pools were spotless . my room was gigantic , 2 story with jacuzzi .

the sales people were annoying . I had problems getting my laundry done . Not enough beach chairs .

the staff was amazing! Carlos was super fun! and Javier made the best drinks. Andrea my room cleaner was super sweet and helpful. BUT what I didn’t like was the people around the resort trying to get you to buy a time share that was a bit annoying. Room service was the best food I ate on the resort.

the location was nice. It was right on the beach beautiful view and great staff.

Every request took a long time. room service took at least 2 hours or more, even when the food was arriving after 11 pm - that is way too slow. The air condition in the Market - main restaurant it is too high as it’s simply too cold. The service in the Restaurant- especially Blue Moon was extremely slow and forgetting orders.
