The hotel is very stylish, facing a beautiful plaza in a prime location, just on the edge of the center, with many restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Would come again.

The room feels a bit small, in particular the space between the bed and the surrounding walls.

everything was excellent.

They had tea and coffee available all day, the staff was the best.

That you had to walk upstairs with all your things, but the staff helped us take our luggage . A little cardio never hurt anyone.

2 nights in historic center of Cuenca, pleasant atmosphere, interior classical, historic building, painted ceilings, beautiful plaza in front, secure parking ( a bit complicated though), personnel helpful and engaged

stairs narrow and steep, 8pm 60 min very loud dance / workout session on the plaza (for non-jetlagged no problem perhaps)

We really liked the hotel! Super confy and cozy. The decor is amazing it seems like you are staying in a liltle palace. The rooms are very clean! With an amazing view over main square in that area. Super nice stay we had! The infrastructures of the building and the hotel are very good. The laundry service they have is also very good. The location is great close to everything in the city. Good hot shower! Nice temperature inside the room.

We don't give it a 10 because of the breakfast. Very poor to be honest. Small quantities to share between 2 people. Then we asked for more and once they said they only had 1 bread remaining. They really need to improve this part. But it seems to be a general issue in Ecuador. We arrived to have the breakfast at 7, when it starts, they were was no one there to serve us we needed to wait at least half an hour when we wanted to leave early. We thought it's a bit expensive but fine.

Great location and amenities. Walkable to town and restaurants. Staff was very accommodating. Comfortable bed and the view was perfect from the hot tub!

we found this hotel the perfect place for us, situated in a beautiful square of the city, our room had a wonderful view overlooking the church. it was spotlessly clean, the shower was super, the bed comfortable. the owners were so kind and smiley, and answered to any of our questions and needs. I would definitely come back there if I’d have the chance to come back in Cuenca

Cuenca is very historic and the hotel is fully restored and very clean and in a perfect location with plenty of excellent restaurants
