Right in the old city. Big room with 3 beds including 2 on a mezzanine level. Well lit. Big shower with ample hot water. No lift but staff helped carry bags up the stairs. Central location so easy to walk to all parts of the old city. Nice historical building.

Poor soundproofing. Room was on a main road that was busy and noisy. Breakfast eggs were made in bulk and not kept warm so they were stone cold if you arrived any time after the start time.

This was an Absolutely Amazing Stay! The hotel is next to the iconic cathedral, so obviously the location is epic! The edifice itself is gorgeous and the view from our room was stunning! The complementary breakfast was yummy, and the servers were super kind! I must say, the staff was Exemplary in their Service! The greetings which we received, the tour of the suites, the ensurance of our well being was above and beyond all expectations! All the Very Best!

Classic architecture, on busy corner but the interior 3 story lobby, garden was lively and quiet. The location was fantastic, especially so at Christmas activities in the historic square at our doorstep. The staff was wonderful!

The breakfast spot was next door in the sushi restaurant. Not a nice breakfast ambience. We’d love to see them move breakfast into the inner courtyard/lobby.

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located in the heart of Centro Histórico. Friendly, personable staff. Breakfast included. WiFi, television, and mini-refrigerator in the room. Parking available for a fee. Excellent communication between with the hotel before arrival.

No elevator, which is importante for some, not for me.

Location for sure! You have the cathedral in front of you, the flower market crossing the street, the park one block away, the coffee shops around the corner. Also very clean, comfy and the nicest staff! Alexander, the receptionist, was always willing to help. The privacy was great and the building is landmark, so it was the cherry on top.

The service was outstanding. The staff was very friendly, always willing to go beyond the call of duty. Thank you.

The room given to us was fine, but I feel it could be ugraded to a suite by removing the bed and replacing it with a futón. Adding a small tablet for guest to enjoy a coffee or something there.

The hotel is located in prime location, steps away from main attractions. The front desk clerks, in particular, Alexander was very helpful, informative and accommodating.

The mattress was very firm. The stairs are long and somewhat steep. There is no elevator. There weren't enough portable heaters available.

The location is fantastic. a few blocks walking from the tram station and right behind the cathedral and city centre.

This hotel has the most polite and friendly staff. Many rooms have beautiful views and they're clean. Just beware that some rooms do not have windows. They're interior rooms. I got one of these rooms #201 and I wouldn't recommend that room if you need a window.

That it is centrally located and within walking distance to every major place. The staff was excellent and the breakfast were good.

That fact that it had no elevator, the bathroom had no stand to put towels and toiletries, the lighting in the room was awful, there was too much noise everywhere and you could hear it.

The location was the great, right in the heart of the city where you would want to be! Alexander was the best! He took care of my car parking, brough up my bags, then personally showed me to the best restaurants and bars! Even if the hotel wasn't excellent, I would come back just because he was great. But the hotel is excellent too.

Power outages but they were country wide.
