Shower with hot water instantly, comfortable beds, tv with pay channels, complete breakfast, loved the machine for all kind of coffee. Attentive recepcionists they answered my doubts about payments and helped me with taxi, quickly check in/out. The hotel had generator!

The fish plate I ordered for lunch had a lot of salt also the french fries and I couldn't eat it, the chef helped me and gave me beef with vegetables, asian style. The hotel gave me a cetificate because I had cash in my favor and I can use it in 3 months but it has an error, its says I can use it until february 2024, you see..we are november 2024, but the recepcionist assured me I can that money when I'll come.back. I would like the hotel have a lactose free ot skimmed milk at breakfast.

The location was amazing, very short walking distance to the historic cental park area, restaurants, markets and public transportation. Winston who was on the desk many days throughout our stay provided exceptional service. Winston's English is excellent as well and that was very helpful.

Traditional hotel in old town Cuenca Centric

The hotel needs an urgent renovation. Old and tacky carpets in stairwells. Woodwork into rooms needs to be upgraded. Bathrooms, the same; old and overused appliances, rusted stainless steel appliances as well Breakfast organisation needs to improve. Not really friendly waiters

My mother liked to see the room clean and organized. Seeing the housekeeper actually doing their job made it feel more comfortable.

As we were leaving, the person at the front desk suspected us of taking one of the hotel towels. We didn't like being treated like we had stolen from the hotel, we are not thieves.

Location and the staff was wonderful. They were always helpful with calling us taxis and anything else we needed.

Their breakfast could have had a little more variety and food options.

Nice hotel. Great location! It has an elevator which was important to me as I went with my mom who is 70yo. The staff was wonderful too! Samantha on the front desk and the rest of the staff were welcoming and helpful at all times.

There’s a bathtub, which is great, but as I went with my mom we were a bit concerned she might fall. No accidents though.

Although the reviews are mixed on Booking, we honestly couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The location is excellent, the staff are so helpful (they booked buses and taxis for us) and the bed was super comfortable. Even the breakfast was great. You really can’t do better for that price in Cuenca

Everyone was so helpful - never making us fell that they’d heard the question 10,000 times more. In addition - we were given Recommendations for cultural opportunities and experiences, trips, restaurants, etc. 3 STARS!!
