central to everything it was a great place to stay except……

they are renovating a number of the rooms and if u are nocturnal like I am, u can forget sleeping after 7am. constant drilling electrical sawing etc till well past 5pm. it ruined the experience for me. but don’t let that out you off. they won’t be doing that forever

Location location location. Best location for staying at the center very near to pier, ferry terminal, food court called KIOSK. It's a fairly clean boutique hotel , value for money. The bed was comfortable, and clean sheets changed every other day, with hot water and clean towels. Got room father away from street and I slept very well. Stayed there 4 nights and enjoyed it. Don't expect it to be your 4 star or 5 star hotel. It's a BOUTIQUE HOTEL. Simple clean and cozy.

TV connection was weak, and Wifi had a weak connection, but I didn't care as I opted for the farthest room from the street.

I had the corner room looking out to the street- lots of light and great view. The terrace was also right outside my room door so it felt like I a huge room. There was a full kitchen that everyone had access to, which was helpful to keep snack and beer cold. Women who runs the hotel was very helpful and kind. Right on the main street, 2 minutes from the pier, grocery store and everything that you would want to do and need.

The staff here are fantastic, very lovely people. We loved the beautiful courtyard and convenient location, walking distance to everything you need.

The downside of the location is that it is loud at night- Headphones for sleeping meant that this did not bother us much, and we enjoyed our stay.

We first got a room that wasn't so great, but then they changed us to a nicer one on the second floor

Water in the shower came out quite hot and you couldn't make it colder

Great location near the waterfront and walkable to everything in town. The room was nice and clean and the balcony was nice to have. Also water bottle fill ups are a very handy amenity.

There was a lot of construction going on while we were there in January 2023 which was noisy during the day, but not too early in the morning or late at night so it wasn’t really an issue.

Great location, good price, very clean! 3 bedroom was really nice (great air condition, spacious, hot water in shower, bright). single room was a little more outdated (air condition existed but wasn't working best, no hot water, not a lot of natural light, bigger bed though). Overall quite comfortable and well worth it for price we paid and last minute booking!

the owner was very friendly, knowledgeable, and hospitable. she let me put up my Heart and Wings flag outside by the front sign.

no washing machine but th local laundry was really economical

The hotel is right in the main street. Perfect location for everything. Across the street are many restaurants offering great deals for lunch and dinner. My room was wonderful. Very clean and had everything you need including strong air conditioning. The staff are lovely. Kind and very accommodating. Its a great price for a nice hotel.

Excellent location in Puerto Ayora. Staff at reception were friendly. Our room was clean and towels replaced during our stay. WiFi was good for working remotely.
