Nice, quiet location with a comfortable room and good A/C. There was hot water, and breakfast was lovely—eggs, bread with butter and jam, fruit, juice, and coffee or tea. They start serving early, which is excellent if you need to catch a ferry or go on a tour.

The only downside is the early morning noise—lots of foot traffic in the outdoor hallways between 6 and 7 AM, which can be disruptive if you’re trying to sleep in.

Communication can be a little tricky - they have a whats app number to message if you want to extend your stay but no one ever answered it

The location is good, a quick walk into town. Having a pool is a nice amenity. Our room was very roomy and had a refrigerator which we used to chill the filtered water available in the lobby. Really nice to have filtered water at your disposal and a fridge to keep it cold!! Breakfast was fine, eggs, juice, bread, fruit and coffee. We enjoyed our stay.

Location a bit far from downtown. Sometimes WiFi a bit slow. Lady serving breakfast one morning very upset when we arrived at 9:10 with breakfast ending at 9:30. She thankfully still served us, but afterwards informed us of new hours only until 9am. Made sure to check each evening just in case hours changed.

Breakfast by the pool was nice and available early in the morning. Room was big and comfy, pure water available and staff nice. Would go again. Location good, only five minutes walk away from the center, and still quiet hotel.

Coffee could have been stronger to wake you up :)

The family that own the place are the loveliest people. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They really made the stay great for us! The location is good with only a 5 minutes walk to one of the main roads with restaurants and bars. In the other direction, you can reach the Charles Darwin Research Centre by foot. Rooms are basic but always thoroughly cleaned and with decent air conditioning (which was very much needed!!) It has everything you need for your stay in Puerto Ayora especially since you won’t be spending too much time in the room itself. Breakfast was included and while this was also basic (fruit, eggs and bread) it was enough to fill you and always tasty. This is served by the pool area which was also kept clean and was normally quite quiet. Great spot for an afternoon dip to cool down!

The hotel is as advertised on booking. It is a backpacker with very affordable prices, clean and with the minimum you can expect from a decent place. It’s not a 5 stars hotel but it has all you need. The breakfast was ok, by the swimming pool.

Everything was as expected. Nothing more nothing less.

The location was about a 15 minute walk to the harbor, less to shops and restaurants. We liked being a bit removed and everyone we passed everywhere was very friendly and smiling. The breakfast was fresh juice, coffee, scrambled eggs, rolls, and fresh fruit. It was delicious! The room was very clean and welcoming. We didn’t have an issue with Wi-Fi at all. It was slow but stable. The staff were all very kind and friendly. Unfortunately, we didn’t speak much Spanish and the staff didn’t speak much English, but we made it work and mostly were all smiles at each other. The big fridge downstairs was available if you had leftovers.

So the Galapagos is water culture and there weren’t enough hooks or racks or whatever needed for two people to hang towels, bathing suits, wet clothes in general. I also did my own laundry in the sink most days adding to the problem - lol.

Large corner room with sea views and hooks plus several hangers, and hammock hooks. Nice size bathroom with 7 hooks. A/C worked well. Breakfast was cooked upon arrival and served restaurant style, not buffet. Staff friendly and helpful; ordered a taxi for a tour and we saved us some money. Reverse osmosis water system.

Would be nice is outlets were by the beds for charging. Stayed in room with 2 twin beds. One has bedside outlet, one did not.

The pool and breakfast were excellent. The host was very helpful with getting us a taxi for the Ferry. Check in was a breeze. AC worked great. Wifi in the pool/breakfast area was strong. Close to Darwin Station

The wifi in our room block did not work. We couldn't connect, we did not say anything about it to the host. Wifi in the reception and pool area was strong. Overall we would stay here again and would recomend to our friends
