- great location - courteous staff

- pool water too cold to swim in: not heated. The pool was a deal breaker for us when booking the hotel. Unfortunately, it was too late to cancel when we found out and just went with the flow. Otherwise, we would have gone somewhere without a pool for a cheaper price.

The room was clean, wifi worked well. Staff was friendly at the reception and in restourant. It’s only three minutes walk to main pier. A/C was working great. Just perfect experience!

There were cockroaches in the room but I think it’s the same in every hotel in Galapagos.

Location. But other than that there wasnt much good about the property. Value for momey was horendous.

The noise coming into the room from outside was astronomically loud. The restaurant breakfast took forever to get served and was a piece of bread and cheese. No one spoke english to help me with my requests at the front desk

location was fine

The breakfast was really a let down, not enough food and the quality of the food was not very good. I am a smaller woman and it was barely enough to make me full. There was also no working wifi in the whole building and I had to walk to a separate hotel to check email. The women working in the restaurant below were sorta rude too.

Good location

Incredibly uncomfortable bed (squeaky & tilting) and extra loud music in the middle of the night.
