This is a spotlessly clean 9-room, 4-storey boutique hotel located in the heart of PBM. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and well appointed with everything you need for travel. The breakfast, on the top floor open air dining area is not to be missed. Fresh ingredients and delicious fare. Great coffee! Filtered drinking water is available on two floors and beach towels can be obtained from the front desk. The views are spectacular and span across the harbour and waterfront. As the property name suggests, the view of the sunsets from the top floor are something to behold each evening. The hotel is located on Charles Darwin Avenue meaning everything is mere steps away including the two main piers from which ferries and tours embark. Total convenience. Highly recommended property.

Located on Charles Darwin Avenue, you're right on the busy Harbourfront which means typical street noise from 7am - 9pm. This is nobody's fault, it's just the nature of being situated in the heart of the main center. If you're looking for tranquil calm, peace and quiet then this might not be for you, but if you want to be mere steps away from restaurants, boutiques and tour company offices, then you'll be fine. It's quiet after 9pm.

Hospitable, helpful, warm and welcoming staff. Very good service. Perfect location right on the dock. Mini market just next door. ATM around the corner. Plenty of restaurants within a few minutes' walk along the dock. Room 9 was large and comfortable with a lovely terrace overlooking the marina.

Great place for Galapagos exploration base. Very close to the pier. It wasn't loudly at all, though we were staying in lower season. This is no-frills hotel. New building, good quality, clean, safe, nice people. Nothing luxury, but you don't need it in Galapagos.

Wi-Fi was slow sometimes.

This hotel is perfectly situated right on the main street overlooking the water. The front desk staff were fantastic and very helpful. Loved the view from our room and the property's close proximity to everything.

This property does not have an elevator.

Our room directly out across the bay. We were one floor up and easily watched the sunrise and the street and pier wake up - that includes sea lions. Bed was comfortable, shower strong water flow. Staff helpful and friendly. We’ll return!

Liked everything.

The location of the hotel is fabulous, close to everything and in a lovely spot. The staff were really helpful with everything; from directions to navigating to places to helping me sort out a check in problem at the airport. Very friendly and caring.

We left early morning and the owner didn’t want to supply any alternative for breakfast. Incorrect slopes in the bathtub did not drain the water into the sewer and the owner acted like it’s the first time he hear about it … The room I stayed in didn’t have any windows.

Breakfast was excellent. The location is extraordinary. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel is calm and nice. The rooms with the balconies are nice.

It can happen that sitting on the (front) balcony is disturbed by running diesel engines of the taxis that "park" or stand in front of the hotel. Exhaust fumes and noise can be annoying.
