The owner of the property having some kind of a greedy mind he tried to take extra charges from costumers but the other staff are awusome.. specialy mr mahmood (mansy) and the the girl on receiption are very humble and professional and treat like t family members… i am very thankful to Mr. Mansy who saves my money and time by scammers and money grabers.. overall its very satisfyng stay with very reasonable price.. you can feel as like 3 or 4 star hotel..

Property was in great location, corner shop in the main road less than 1 min away. Close proximity to the pyramids, you can also see all the pyramids from the rooftop. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very easy to catch Uber to different locations. There was an initial mix up with the rooms which was quickly resolved. The room was clean and comfortable, air conditioning was available which was good seeing as we came during hot months. The property had good communication with us with was reassuring because we were arriving early morning around 3am. Breakfast was nice. The hotel manager also recommended some tours and came with us, he was very informative.

The hotel was wonderful! It was peaceful and quiet. My tour guide said it was “bad neighborhood “ for tourists, but I didn’t feel that way. The staff were very nice and the property is very clean. I felt safe and the locals didn’t seem to care that we were tourists! I wished i had more time to explore street food! Highly recommended! Budget friendly, safe and comfortable!

The neighborhood was a little run down and many camels and horses feces, but totally understand on that since the camels and the horses are the workers for the tourists to enjoy the Pyramids’s! I just wished the Egyptian government to be paying more attention to the welfare of their citizens. Such a beautiful country, with corrupt leaderships!

The location was ideal. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. A few minutes walking distance to the pyramids. We were greeted with a very warm welcome by the owner and staff. They took time to make sure our family (married couple, 3 young children and elderly grandparent) was very comfortable and happy. They answered all of our questions and more! We had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again when we visit Giza! Their recommendations and hands on assistance visiting the pyramids, camel rides, carriage rides, and food were spot on and avoided stress for our family. This business, their location, and their staff facilitated what my family view as a perfect and memorable stay.

This hotel is very magnificent and amazing. It has lovely staff, hygiene is excellent, reasonable value and definitely worth it, the property always smells nice and is quiet. This place provides one of the best security which makes the customer feel safe and comfortable, the food is well cooked and served along with a delicious taste . 100% recommended for new people who are visiting Cairo or spending vacation there. The property is brand new and very close to the Pyramids of Giza and Sphinx . We walked in not sure of how the premises would be, but we walked to a very hospitable staff who took care of us. They are in capacity’ to organize and customize trips to attractions. We were helped with our laundry and catered to our occasional requests for breakfast. Enjoyed a memorable trip to the Pyramids in a horse carriage. Ahmed our tour guide clicked a collection of splendid pictures which will be memory for a lifetime. Well worth the price

Placement of a signage to direct customers to the by road will be helpful which is otherwise difficult to find for new comers and tourists

This hotel is right beside everything. It's brand new , super modern and luxurious and priced competitively. The rooms are designed in a luxurious modern theme. The owners and staff are always willing to make sure you have what you need inside and out of the hotel so nothing goes wrong . The communication is excellent and you can enjoy all what you request . Mansy will take care of you when you arrive and ensure with a follow up that your needs are satisfied. .

The staff made sure I couldn't dislike anything

It was super clean. The building just got renovated and upgraded which is super. The reception and the people working there are very friendly and talkative when approached. I have booked with many guesthouses in the area and this one stands out amazingly! highly recommended!

I didn’t like the neighborhood itself. Its smelly, noisy and dirty. But once inside the property, its all different.

Everything of the hotel was very worderful. We felt home on our whole tour. Hotel staff was nice they helped us very much. They guided us and their behavior was very nice. Sharif was very helpful and nice person. He took care of us throughout the whole stay. Thank you
