Service and cleanliness. Delicious Breakfast in the rooftop with pyramid view. Adjustable Timeliness as per as different flight timings. Genuine concern about their guests. Very friendly staff. The pyramid view from the room and the Jacuzzi Exactly As seen on photos! Mr Dawood, the contact person is very good and organized our tour in different cities like Aswan,Luxor, Alexandria and Hurghada in a proper way including the Cairo and Giza tour. We are very satisfied with the hotel and their services.We recommend to stay and contact the hotel if you want a hassle free Egypt tour.

THE JACUZZI with a view of the pyramids, and the breakfast are all fantastic.  I highly recommend them. Everything was ready for me when I arrived, and the arrangements for the tour I had planned with them were excellent.  Mostafa, Dawood, and Mahmoud are the best to deal with all over Egypt.

We loved the excellent service provided by the manager Mrs Dina and also Mrs Um Ali who served us a delicious breakfast. The room was very very clean. We also aprecciated very Much the service by Mr Hazem and Mr. Mustafa who helped us with eery arrangment. The view fro the hotel terrace is amazing. We recommend this hotel 100%.

Room 301 was amazing with an exceptional view on the Pyramids of Gizeh. Jacuzzi, AC, wifi and fantastic breakfast in the morning. The owner and the staff were very friendly and super helpful.

Very nice place. Good value for money. Don't expect luxury but you get a smile and good energy. Dina from the reception was very helpfull. Also the other staff was perfect.

Rooms haven't real vieuws but from the roof terrace you see the pyramids very well.

If you want to see the best view of pyramids when you wake up in the morning with the most friendly staff that we ever meet choose this hotel!!💜

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever its actually not a hotel at all and had nothing to do with the hotel facilities the room wasnt clean at all specially the bathroom and bed sheets were not clean too and looks like some one used them before .. we asked for extra pillow they got us a very yellowish smelly one We asked for food at night they say they dont have food Moreover we wake up and found water was cutoff and we cant even wash our face All night there was a cat at our room door miawing non stop and no one even try to let her out so we can sleep Moreover there was no telephone on the room and we asked them for phone number they say we can just yell at them through the corridor which sound so weired
