The view was amazing! There are cable TV stations in English. The shower was good. The bed was comfortable. The host, Abdul, was friendly and attentive. The room was in a quiet location. WiFi connection was good. The location was perfect.

Staff were very friendly (Mezan and Mohammed), beautiful view from the room and balcony, complimentary breakfast was also a nice touch. Also helped arrange tours and taxis for a good price.

WiFi wasn't working properly in our room.

Very close to the pyramids, it is like 10 minutes walking. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean

The stuff of the hotel is really friendly and helpful,very good breakfast and big portions,amazing view,and fresh new sheets and pillows,it’s very important and rarely to find this in the hotels with this price for one night,ac and hot water working very very good!

We like the view of pyramids and easy for transportation to go shopping.

Nothing.

Nice welcome with tea and water bottles when we arrived. Good breakfast (local style), served at the roof top. Room was big enough. Nice view of the pyramids, especially at night. Central location.

It's 2 hotels sharing the same entrance. We had to wait a while for the person responsible for "our" hotel to arrive. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived (at the scheduled check in time). We were told it would take 15 minutes but we ended up waiting almost 2 hours. Breakfast wasn't provided at the time we agreed upon the night before, again we had to wait.

- The "hotel" is super hard to find (our taxi driver could not find it) - The room we stayed in was not what we expected, not very clean and it smelled of cigarets so our clothes that was not in the luggage smell of cigarets. We have no idea where was the cigarets smell comming from. - No staff anywhere, we were told to have breakfast at 10am, but nobody was anywhere, so we end up having breakfast at 11:45 - It was okay for late check in and stay overnight but we would not stay again

dirty corridors,internet not working, reception almost never there, the room I booked wasn't available until the 4th day of my stay, breakfast service very slow.i am a frequent user of booking.com, always been very satisfied with your service but this time it was terrible and if this happens again in the future,I will definitely start looking into other booking sites.thank you
