This was my second stay at the Nine Pyramids Hotel. This time around everything was nice but I did get a price change upon my arrival which I was not too pleased about. I booked a room for two people but apparently just one bed but when I arrived because it was two males they insisted on two beds, which is fine but also charged me double the price. I did not have access on my phone to pull up the reservation at the time and their "card machine" was not working so was taken to 5 atm machines to get cash, so paid in cash. Finally found the reservation and yes, saw I selected for 2 people. Nevertheless had to pay an extra 50$ because was two males in a room. I was also over charged on my round trip shuttle bus to the airport. This was able to at least get a refund of $10 on after I got my wifi working. This experience just ruined any return to Nine Pyramids Hotel. I will look for another hotel next time I return to Cairo.

Charged higher rate than reservation

I always enjoy staying here. I visit at least once a year. I like the room with the view of the Ancient African pyramids. The women at the reception desk are nice. The location is ideal for me to easily get around town.

As a licensed medical professional, I highly suggest not eating anything from the rooftop restaurant unless you want to spend your vacation on the toilet. The breakfast at the restaurant here has given me food poisoning. I had excursions already booked but had to cancel due to my symptoms of diarrhea, stomach pain, and nausea from the food poisoning. Luckily, I brought medicine from the U.S for emergencies. It's disappointing because I like the hotel, but the restaurant is a deal-breaker for me. I visited again after a year and gave the restaurant another chance, but after eating breakfast, I had to go to the toilet. :( So, I won't be eating at the restaurant again, even if it's free.

What can I wrote, Im beyond and above extreme happy to stay in this hotel. The location, room, stuff, whole experience was more than amazing. Start from pic up us from the airport, even my fly was a bit late the driver waiting for us. After arrival even was after midnight we was served a welcome drinks and open for us the rooftop. The rooms was very nice with the view for pyramids, and very clean. Breakfast serving in the rooftop was very delicious, like the other food serving in the restaurant. The stuff very helpfull, everyday with the smile coordinate for the best service. I fly to Egypt twice a year and I can honestly say this is the best hotel what I stay. In my opinion deserve for more stars then have. Ac at rooms, super comfy beds, bathtub for relaxing after long day. WiFi working on whole hotel.

The room was neat and clean and had all facilities. We could see the pyramids from the dining lounge which was awesome. We saw the pyramid lightings too. The breakfast was good too

The staff were not much helpful. We asked for the exchange companies nearby and the answer was they have no idea. When we wanted to exchange currency usd to egp then they reduced 6 egp for each usd and when I had to pay via visa then they converted with a commission of 1 egp. We took cab ( for which they took the entire amount before starting and so we were left at their mercy) for sightseeing and the driver was reckless and impatient at all places. He smoked 2 cigarettes within half an hour after starting the car even when I had a kid. He literally pushed us everywhere saying he will take the photos. He wanted to extort money for our luggages. He paid egp200 as fine but asked for egp500. The cab experience was horrible But the room was good

We had an amazing, magical time exploring Giza, Memphis, and Cairo! Every moment was unforgettable – from seeing all the iconic sites to learning so much about ancient Egypt, its incredible culture, food, and art. The hotel was exactly as expected – peaceful, comfortable, and perfectly located with breathtaking views of the 9 pyramids. Having 24-hour service made our stay so easy and relaxing. A huge thank you to Adel and Tison and the entire team at 9 Pyramids Hotel for making our stay truly magical. And a special shoutout to Reda, our fantastic guide, who brought the history of ancient Egypt to life and took us on a journey we’ll never forget. Highly recommended experience!

Really great, friendly staff. Conveniently located, walking distance to the pyramids and lots of local restaurants, cafés and shops. They serve breakfast until 10:30am, which is very convenient and you'll have some delicious foul medames, falafel, fresh veggies, fruits, plus all the other stuff you expect to find. But do go for the foul and falafel with some nice and fresh tahini sauce. In the evening we ordered sambouseks, baba ganoush and a fattoush; everything was fresh and delicious. The prices are also very reasonable. Next time we travel to Egypt we'll book again.

I didn't like that we had to leave---but we'll be back! :-)

Amazing view from the rooftop, delicious breakfast, nice and helpful staff.

The hotel is not there where the map shows on booking.com it is 15-20 minutes walk from the Sphinx ticket office. Copy the address to googlemaps and you will see where it.

Literally in the heart of Giza with a breathtaking view of the pyramids from the roof top - which at night you can also see the light show. The staff members were extremely helpful and catered to all our needs throughout our stay they became friends! There's a lot of stores along the street which are in walking distance . The rooms were cleaned daily and were stocked with bottle water for the guests. The staff were all so pleasant and welcoming it really made our stay memorable. The hotel restaurant also offered amazing food for reasonable prices.

Staff is great and helpful with anything you may ask and need. Great view from the restaurant's terrace and the variety for breakfast is very good too! I loved that the restaurant was open till late so you can grab something to eat before bed.

Unfortuntely, for Ubers it is hard to find the actual entrance to the hotel and the area around the hotel doesn't feel too safe to go around, also there are a lot of stables close by so you may be awoken by a donkey more often than not
