The location was very nice. It was our best location in Egypt. The room was small, but big enough and the terrace was very nice with the view on the pyramids. The entrance to the Pyramids it's like 500 meters away. The host is very nice and all the family. They helped us a lot and we enjoied the stay a a lot.

The host Karim, and his family are absolute gems! They make you feel home and part of their family. Good hearted people that will help you as much as they can to make you enjoy your stay. Super available and humble people. The place is cozy humble and super safe. It is 2 min walking distance from the pyramids gates and you have an excellent view from their terrace! I definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The place was nice and comfortable, the family there was nice,had no problems at all. Nice view of the prymids and have a nice meal up there. If you ask the family there to make you a Egyptian meal they will be happy too for a small charge. The hotel provided us with a taxi for extremely early in the morning to the bus station, he is a real gentleman and will not con you unlike other taxi drivers, he speaks perfect English and would be a excellent guide if you need a driver for the day, just ask the hotel for Sayah Khatab the taxi driver as they have his contact number.

The accommodation was great. Best to get a guide for the prymids as you will constantly get bothered by people trying to sell or get you to ride on a camel. It's easy walking around the prymids even if they tell you it's too much walking.

Hady is a very kind and helpful host. The room is comfortable and has space enough to accommodate 1 or 2 people. Very close to the pyramids you get the place in 2 minutes. From the terrace you can also see them.

Internet connection doesn't work very well. Breakfast could be more carefully prepared and the terrace has a lot of potencial but it's a bit abandoned. The neighborhood is too noisy all night long. Difficult to sleep.

Really friendly host family! Our flights in and out of Cairo were changed and we arrived and left in the middle of the night which was no problem - very accommodating. Free breakfast was a nice start to the day. Ideal location to visit the pyramids and a lovely view of them from the rooftop! We loved our stay here!

The room and the bathroom were very large and well cleaned. Up to now the only hostel that we have stayed in in egypt where you could adjust the temperature in the shower. :) Early check in was no problem, to drop your stuff and explore the pyramids. Next day, as we needed to leave to the airport very early they prepared us a breakfast to go. The roof has a nice view, excellent to take selfies so that your face blocks the building between the pyramids. Pyramids, markets and restaurants are very near.

Actually not much. The only minor downside was that we did not manage to make the air condition working, but might have also been our fault. Fortunately, opening the windows that have mosquito curtains, was good enough for us.

The location is perfect for visiting the pyramids, only two minutes walk to the front gate. The room was very quiet and the hosts are incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The value for your money is hard to beat. The view of the pyramids from the roof is lovely.

First, I want to emphasize that this is a budget accommodation and people should set their expectations accordingly. I don't want to have people stay here and then be surprised or upset that everything isn't perfect. You're staying in someone's home, and it's a wonderful experience to get away from hotels and see where local people live. The air conditioning wasn't strong enough to keep the room cool. There was a fan provided as well and that made it possible to be comfortable in the room, but if you are sensitive to heat, I would consider another place to stay during the summer months when it is very hot out. The wifi cut in and out, but the hosts reset the router and got it working whenever I mentioned we were having a problem with it.

It was quite cheap comparing to other options. The owners were helpful but I had a feeling that whatever I asked can cost me extra money, but maybe it is a climate of Egyptian hotels that you are not sure when and for what you are charged extra.

It is not that I don't like it if we take price into consideration but the room looked like it wasn't properly finished with painting, lighting and so on.

The owners of the hostel are a friendly family who genuinely care about their guests. Nice room with air conditioning, comfortable bed, shower and toilet in the room. There is a dining room with a refrigerator and a kitchen. You can climb to the roof and observe the pyramids and the surroundings. On the neighboring streets there are shops, a pharmacy, a bank with an ATM, small street cafes. I thank the owner of the hostel Karim for the warm welcome 🤗 I recommend this place 💜

Staff were helpful, location was great, very close to the secondary entrance to the periods (which is the best entrance to use), and there was a great view of the pyramids from the roof.

I wouldn't expect it to be any better but in terms of the quality of the rooms this is a budget option. If you want luxury this isn't it, but it is a great price and we were very happy here.
