The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the shared balcony provided an amazing view of the Great Pyramids of Giza. The manager was very helpful and we greatly appreciated his service.

Didn't know that it was on the fifth floor of a building with no elevator. That wasn't the greatest. We also had an issue with the car service provided when the driver's car wasn't very large and he was trying to get us to leave some of our stuff because he already had some things in the trunk. It ended up working out, but if you use their drivers, make sure that you tell them how much luggage that you have to ensure that you don't run in to any of the issues that we ran into.

It's very close to the Pyramids. Breakfast is fine. Air conditioning works. Unlike other Cairo hotels, it is quite clean (and believe me it is the most important thing you should look for in Egypt). In Cairo, people are usually friendly because they expect something from you, but the boys in the reception are really honest and helpful.

Water pressure is weak, it is hard to take a shower. There is a road by the hotel and because of metro construction, there is always traffic jam and cars are beeping all the time. In fact, it is very difficult to find a silent spot in Cairo; because it is a very noisy city.

It's a very nice place with perfect view from the window. Entrance to the pyramids is in walkable distance. Also sound isolation from the street was good enough. Staff is always ready to help, communicating in english very well. We also felt safe in the area. Room condition was great - comfortable beds , AC, perfect curtains, all necessary equipment.

We felt quite unsafe in Egypt (not hotel’s fault) in general. We got pounced on by local horse cart people the moment we walked anywhere who literally lied about road closure, telling us we go in wrong direction, one even saying he was with police. The Elite hotel is a good choice, but Egypt was pretty intense for us. We also used the Marriott 2 mins away for spa massage and some English meals when we felt like it. I would still recommend the hotel but we probably won’t return to Giza

My stay was amazing, Hamid and Abdul were very helpful. Very friendly and professional. Everytime I came back they would ask me about my day and ask if there is anything they can assist with, anything, I felt like their only guest. They're very very genuine. They're authentic and warm. Keep it up gents. The Inn is next to Mobil where they have good coffee and can get essentials there and other hotels where you can enjoy lunch and dinner on. The fact that it's a 200m away from the Great is a Bonus

Shower pressure needs to be looked at. Broken basin can pose a serious injury if one were to slip and fall onto it. Breakfast, but I realised it's the standard in Egypt, only had 3 hotdog rolls, 1 fried egg, yogurt and orange. I found that not filling. It could be supplemented with Macon or Oatmeal etc. The Inn is amazing. It's always clean and immaculate. I would advise anyone to book there, Keep it up Gents!

The staff were extremely helpful, helping to organise pickup from the airport and even switching my room to one with a view from the pyramids which you have a fantastic view of. Ahmed then even helped me out when my plans changed and I needed to be at Cairo train station late at night. The room was very spacious, and considering the price was very well equipped. Also very close to the pyramids so perfect for any tours you want to book. Definitely happy with my choice to stay here while visiting the pyramids, I doubt you could do much better at this price.

The walls are quite thin and there was some sort of.party going on on the first night, and of course the constant Cairo traffic noise, but that's hard to avoid whenever you're staying.

I had the pleasure to spend a week here, lovely room with pyramid view and a very comfy bed, beside it was spacoius enough, I appreciated the kettle to make coffee and a fridge, the bathroom was also very modern making you think you are in a 4 tsar hotel. The owner was very knoledgeable and pleasing.

Bare in mind this place is on pyramid road, meaning you will face constant road traffic which somehow eases after 1 am, the owner provided me with ear plugs and the noise was not issue, remember that most hotels in the area have a similar issue of noise, so no fault of the hotel really. As for facility near by the Marriott Mena House is just 2 minutes away where fine dining is available, walking distance also you will find a couple of cheaper restaurants offering modern food and traditional. If you venture 10 minutes away you find a carrefour and also local street food. A couple of Bazaar will satisfy your taste for souvenir on pyramid road, there is like to walk in a museum with full size egyptian statues and bronzes and prices to match.

Breakfast on the balcony almost within spitting distance of the pyramids? Five minute walk to Mena entrance of Giza Pyramids. Within walking distance to a Carrefour Grocery AND Twinky’s pastries…..mmmmmmm Nice home prepared breakfast. Exquisite room, comfortable mattress, in room refrigerator and electric kettle. Shower stall separate from toilet. Great A.C. Fresh towels upon request. Wonderful management that met us even after our very late arrival.

Be prepared for LOTS of stairs. To save my knees the front desk was kind enough to help me with my suitcase. . The outside appears under construction and the stairwell is rustic but that view only lasts till you reach the immaculate modern hotel floor. Bathroom vanity is ready for new tile.

Best possible location, only few minutes walk to the pyramid ticket office. Great views of the pyramids from the room and balcony. Supermarkets and other food/ juice shops around 5 min walk away. All the staff was extremely helpful especially Brother Hamad Sayed who made us feel like we were at home. He went above and beyond for us and we cant thank him enough.

Can get a little noisy at night due to traffic outside however Cairo/Giza is a very noisy and busy city in general so not much the hotel can do about that.
