The room was spacious and clean, and it came with sink and hangers, a small dining table, TV, a wardrobe, and hanging racks. The staff were really responsible and helpful as we checked in late in the middle of the night. They communicated with my uber driver and stayed up to ensure that we arrived safely and got checked in. The toilet was clean. The staff might ask to take your passport to photocopy at another shop because they don't have a printer, but rest assured that they are honest people. If you feel uncomfortable leaving them your passport, you could prepare a photocopy of your passport in advance. There is also a friendly lady who would always ask if we would like breakfast in the morning.

Mr. Salah, the manager is a very friendly, kind man. He’s so helpful and accommodating and made us feel very welcomed. The breakfast is ok but the lady who serves the breakfast is so kind and friendly. She really makes your day with her kind smile. The location of the hotel is fantastic! It’s only one stop from Ramses station and it’s right next to two metro lines so it’s very convenient to get around.

The facilities, such as the shower and toilet are ok, but for the price it’s a good deal. Breakfast also isn’t much to write home about but again, for the price free breakfast is a great deal.

Nice people managing the structure. They can give you honest info about the city. Comfortable rooms. The bathroom was supposedly shared, but almost always available. You are in the middle of the city, you can decide if you want to enjoy the lively (maybe for someone stressful) chaos of small old streets full of people, or if you want to immediately enter Attaba metro station.

The Staff, esp. the receptionist, cleanliness, accomodatingour requests, welcoming attitude from all personnel. Good wirking AC. Basic but nice breakfast. Excellent location that is close to all amenities esp. Cairo subway and metro lines.

The beds were nice but outdated and relatively narrow. Room furniture is outdated as well and the light above the wash basin in the room was not working.

Area was populated.metro station was very close.other public transport facility was available for going anywhere.

I always feel very welcome each time I stay at this hotel. It's more like my second home, and the environment is very safe and friendly. I would like to thank the following staff members: manager Sayed, the father and son Abu Ahmad, manager Salah and his younger brother, and the nice housekeeping ladies Um etc. They always go extra miles to satisfy my needs.

Salah it's the most sweet person that you can search in Cairo, he is always ready for help you. I enjoy our stay in city hostel. All was to clean is near for the restaurants, metro and downtown. Salah let up that we give in the hotel our suitcases after the check out while we continue discovered the City. Thanks a lot Salah

The breakfast was so basic but is ok

Great little room near Attaba metro station, right next to the action. Even though the room is a bit dated, it was very clean thanks to the hard work done by the cleaning ladies. I found the staff to be polite here as well. The breakfast was a bit basic but did the job. Shower worked well most of the time.

Apparently smoking is allowed on premises so had to endure some 2nd hand smoking during my stay. Area is a bit noisy, but this seems to be the norm in Cairo.

Very nice hostel /hotel ...good location ... comfortable large rooms ..friendly staff ..good breakfast .....on checkout the bald manger (cant remember his name )helped us getting taxi to the airport for very good price.....lady at cleaning and hostess on second floor where we stayed was very friendly and helpful..great place to stay ....24hour wifi and nice hot water to shower...nice balcony with view ..

Rooms don't have a bathroom inside ,but its fine ,,,we adapted very easily ...at least there was a basin inside ...it helped a lot
