The hotel is fantastic, all the facilities, the pool and the bar, the sunbeds. The dj was spinning great tracks during the day. The staff are friendly and helpful, from the Reception to cleaners, the chefs, the lady who baked the bread, waiters, whoever I met they made my experience great and excellent. Especially Sheriff the conciergie and Reshma ( I do not spell well her name, Receptionist lady), and Mohammed from Reception, he has a great sense of humor he fixed so fast one of our problem with the door and the maintenance guy, well done to them. The cleaners are doing a fantastic job, our room was spotless every day! I hope they are all recognised for their hard work.

The pool opening time could be longer til 9pm or starting from 7am. During the hot weather would have been nice to enjoy it before breakfast or after a long tour day.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days. I travelled to Cairo with my husband, son and daughter. I must say this hotel deserves a 5 Star rating. The door man, the staff at the check-in counters, the staff who took our bags to our rooms, the room service delivery staff and not forgetting the housekeeping staff, all made my family and I feel so much at home. They interacted with my children everyday with so much of warmth which my husband and I haven't experienced before. We have travelled the world for the last 18 years on a regular basis due to work and have stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels always. I say it again, Pyramids Park Resort Cairo deserves a 5 star rating. I have already recommended this hotel to my friends who are also traveling to Cario soon.

The Internet connection was strong through most of the day but at times it would completely go off.

Everything. The travel desk with whom we interacted quite frequently was also great. Abdul and Hamza were very cooperative and helpful. Khaled Talat and Mahmood took care of actual driving. They were superb in taking care of our travel needs including a long distance travel to Alexandria. However, we probably missed an exit in the airport while coming back and Mahmood made up the lost time by driving quickly.

Wifi was a big mess in the rooms. Most of the time the signal used to go away or quite weak. Only in the lobby it worked very well. They really need to have a better wifi facility even if that means a paid one.

Overall, beautiful rooms, great service clean and tidy throughout. Kind helpful staff and any issues were dealt with immediately. For example late check out was not an issue and no charge was taken.

Music in the reception was loud and crackly so we struggled to sit and relax, the hotel is right by a highway so keep in mind for onward tours make sure you have cash for taxis. Not a problem but always good to know in advance. The hotel is finishing construction so it can get loud during the day if you are staying by the pool.

The pool was incredible. I'm from Australia and we have nice poolz, but I was blown away at how well maintained this pool was, how friendly the staff were and clean the rooms were. The location was perfect. The only issue was Cairo streets which are under developed and not the fault of the hotel. Strongly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to chill in an oasis in Cairo / Giza.

Under developed streets made it hard to walk anywhere. But you can easily uber which was sufficient. I think in 5 to 10 years, this hotels location will be prime. But nothing about the accommodation was bad. Hotel was very nice

The was our second visit, with the first being 2021 just after the covid restrictions were removed. The hotel is in a great location for the new museum and pyramids. The pool is really good and cleaned daily with plenty of sunbeds available and the kids play area was enough to keep our little one busy. The staff are helpful and friendly and the taxi company in the hotel can't do enough to help you out and their pretty cheap as well. All in we had a great time

The day time food menu isn't that great and there's no alternative locally to eat

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pyramids Park Resort for three nights and it was a truly delightful experience. A special thanks goes to Mr. Omar at reception, who was exceptionally welcoming and hospitable. His friendly demeanor and readiness to assist with any of our needs significantly enhanced our stay. The entire staff was professional and kind, always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed and made our stay that much better. I highly recommend Pyramids Park Resort to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're here for leisure or business, the resort provides a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and excellent service.

I noticed that the balcony in our suite could have been cleaner, which was a minor setback in an otherwise flawless stay.

We booked the resort as it is located near the pyramids in Giza. We arrived in May and it was relatively quiet. The reception area was nice and airy. The resort is quite spaced out . The rooms were a good size, and the bathroom was nice with a strong shower. The pool was great- it was large with lots of deck chairs. It was about. 1.9m deep at one end. The buffet restaurant was basic but nice. Good hygiene was observed. Salads were fresh. Breakfast offered a good variety. Overall staff were attentive and helpful Lady at concierge (Ms Sally) helped us retrieving a lost suitcase with Egypt Air – many thanks A big thankyou to Mr Sheriff (reception), who kindly arranged a tour guide for the pyramids at short notice. The tour guide Mr Hamza , picked us up in a air con vehicle with cold drinks and was knowledgable and entertaining. He showed us around the pyramids and the Sphinx which is definatley worth doing . He also showed us around the citadel and some of old Cairo before dropping us off at the airport. Many thanks from all of us ! PROS : Large area, Nice pool Welcoming staff. Spacious rooms Fridges in. rooms definatley exceeded expectations.

Cons: Wifi was poor , and only near reception area Some of the furniture in the rooms was dated and tired, cupboards etc. (but functional)

Very very good! The hotel is very beautiful, modern and the people are very friendly and helpful. From breakfast to the other meals that exist inside the hotel, we can say that everything was great. We want to leave a little feedback to the Italian restaurant: great food, affordable prices and the people who work there are 5 stars. We hope to return soon!

The pool is fabulous; there is some construction going on by the rooms, but we couldn’t hear it from inside; the restaurant buffet was good, the staff courteous and professional. Ladies, a word about attire: always have a cover up that wraps at least past your hips! I was not allowed back into the hotel from the pool with just a top over my bathing suit. A Muslim country. Play by their rules.
