Great staff, friendly, kind, accommodating, inviting. Especially Animation team & Housekeeping. They were very sweet towards children! Lively activities by the pool, water polo, and by the beach, volleyball. Nice shows at night, like the fire show :)

Feedback for Management – A Loyal Guest’s Perspective Check-in and checkout were smooth as always. Karlos continues to go above and beyond , he’s a true gem and one of the reasons I return. I love the location, and the beach remains beautiful, though sadly, it’s not as clean as it used to be. There are now noticeably more cigarette butts on the sand, which reflects a shift in the customer base and overall atmosphere. The restaurant chefs are still excellent, their consistency and quality are commendable. The servers are doing their absolute best, but it’s clear they’re overwhelmed. It would be helpful to bring back daily training sessions and increase staffing to support them properly. The pool area has become concerning. There are far too many children in diapers using the main pool. This should be monitored more strictly, the kids’ pool exists for a reason. As for entertainment, the attraction team feels weaker than in the past. The only standout is Haytham (the DJ), who is truly fantastic. I hope he remains part of the team and doesn’t follow the trend of great employees leaving. On a positive note, the new gym equipment is a great improvement, well done! However, it’s evident that the staff are under significant pressure. The new management seems very strict, and unfortunately, this approach appears to be backfiring. A little more flexibility and empathy could go a long way. When staff feel supported, guests feel it too. Another point of concern is the sharp increase in prices, the special romantic dinner, for instance, has doubled since last year. It’s hard not to feel that this undermines the value guests once felt here. Lastly, I’ve witnessed a few guests treating staff with clear disrespect. While “the customer is always right” is a common mantra, there must be boundaries. Disrespectful behavior shouldn’t be tolerated, especially when it impacts your hardworking team.

The entertainment team used to be 10 times better.

The food was fresh and varied, offering delicious options every day. The location is also great, right by the beach with stunning views and easy access to Dahab’s attractions. Some staff (from the activities team, I think they're called the " magic team" or something) actively seek out guests and request them to post reviews of the resort on the spot. In one instance I explained that we would review at the end of our stay, and the response was "You could always delete the review after if your opinion has changed". The staff member then suggested he sit down and write the review with me.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The dinner at the on-site restaurant was excellent — a great selection of local and international dishes, with attentive staff and a beautiful view. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of fresh options including fruits, pastries, eggs, and fresh juices — something for everyone. The beach was just a short walk from the hotel, clean and well-maintained with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. It was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Highly recommended!

While our stay was overall very enjoyable, there were a few small areas for improvement. The room walls were a bit thin, so we could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms. Also, while the Wi-Fi worked well in the lobby, the signal in our room was quite weak. Lastly, beach towels sometimes ran out during peak hours, so it would help if more were available. These were minor issues, and they didn’t take away from an otherwise great experience.

Overall the hotel was great, small and calm. The beach was great and clean. About the staff there was islam at the pool bar, this guy is a great guy i loved him he cheers u up and always smiling even tho it can be hard sometimes. Maher the assistant manager was a great guy he was so welcoming and a nice person. About the receiption , it took them like 15 or 20 minutes for someone to even check our reservation, but the can be helpful and nice , they doesnt smile much. Animiation team sucks, sorry to say but they repeat activities alot and the night activities just not good. Omar,abdelrahman,samy and farag in the restaurant just made our vacation better best people in the hotel. Mokhtar is the best life guard ever. Hotel is old, rooms are old should be reinovated and the rooms are small, and the cleaning wasnt that good, we had to ask for mini bar water and towels like everyday. I recommend to visit this nice hotel.

This is the third time to stay in Jaz Dahabia. The hotel has a very good location. It is close to al mamsha. It provides a free shuttle bus twice a day, heated swimming pool, excellent sandy beach. Hotel reception staff were very polite and . supportive. Many thanks to Mr Kirollos, the receptionist who offered us an upgrade to a pool view room. Our meal plan was half board. Very good food quality. The Egyptian food on Friday was more than amazing.

Both breakfast and dinner had very limited variety which is not up to the standard of a 5 star-hotel. Also, there is no salad dressing AT ALL which is a basic thing for even a 3 star-hotel. Moreover, a very limited selection of bread and Danish pastries. No water dispenser in the restaurant. If you want to drink water, you have to ask for it and the waiter will bring you a glass of water. .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome, and the check-in process was impressively quick and efficient. The hotel has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, making it easy to relax right away. Staff always smiling and offering help. One of the best features is the convenient location—there’s no long distance between the rooms and the beach, which made it perfect for spontaneous beach trips. The food was decent, with a variety of options that tasted just fine. The only downside to my stay was the pillows—they weren’t very comfortable, which affected my sleep a bit. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a laid-back and pleasant getaway!

The staff is amazing, really welcoming, willing to help and making his best for you to have an enjoyable stay. Hotel is very quiet, it was perfect to get some rest. The food is fine for an All-inclusive hotel, with a grill every evening. The free transfer to the city center, twice a day is very convenient. Free Jacuzzi, you just need to ask the reception.

Regarding the food, a bit disappointing that there are no "sauces" like Ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard available. The service during meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner) is pretty messy, disorganized and you can struggle to have a drink. A bit more of variety during lunch would be appreciable. Aircon in the room working, but I was wondering if I would create a shortcut each time that I had to move the panel to make it work. Broken furniture in the room
