The hotel offers an exceptional view of the three pyramids, visible from both the rooftop and the King Room with a bathtub and balcony. The staff is highly accommodating, especially Mr. Abdul, who is renowned for his agility and can be found on every floor, even when guests use the elevator while he ascends the stairs from the first to the tenth floor. The elevator is charmingly compact, accommodating only two passengers at a time. The hotel provides excellent value for those seeking an affordable option in Cairo, with the added benefit of the magnificent view of the three pyramids. Overall, our stay at this establishment was highly satisfactory.

There are still some areas in the toilet that require improvement, such as the lack of a bidet. Additionally, it would be beneficial to provide guests with a kettle, bottled water, coffee, and sugar in their rooms. Furthermore, a security box should be installed for the safekeeping of guests' important personal belongings.

Staff were cool and willing to understand helped and pointed me in the right directions as I'm solo traveller I like to talk with staff and have a conversation with them as im on my own some staff was very understanding of that and kept me happy the owner was more then willing to help me I had a pleasant time thanks H H

As I'm a solo traveller witch I have been doing for the last 10 years I find it not easy to go to some places as I become a target for people who are praying on tourism and when I get noticed that I'm not from the country prices seem to change but some staff helped me with the locals so that they don't take advantage of me so hotel was fine and willing to point me in the right directions old cairo is to busy for me so I went to New Cairo I would like if some staff can understand the circumstances of a solo traveller

The room was clean and comfortable with a bathtub and a very nice view of the pyramids of Giza. The staff was kind and helpful. Also, the hotel provides tours for the attractions that deserve it. It has reasonable prices.

The breakfast of hotel was mediocre without a variety of choices and it can be improved . The restaurant''s dishes of hotel were mediocre too. The location of accomodation was dirty and abandoned.

1. Hotel doesn't accept Egyptian Pound.. In fact No one in Egypt likes their currency and everybody demands USDollars. We went to Pyramid Complex.. They directly refused to accept Egyptian Pounds for entry tickets and that was totally strange.. 2. Washroom drainage wasn't proper and size of Washroom was small 3. Location of Hotel is very difficult to find on Gmaps... Google Maps don't go well in whole of Egypt..

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The room is small but it's clean. Bottled water is available 24/7. A lot of grocery stores in the area.

Breakfast can be improved, stayed for almost a week and the food is same everyday. I suggest to have toaster also to heat the bread as it was hard and cold. There's no electric kettle inside the room but hot water can be requested however their kitchen is til 12mn only.

Staff were excellent. Very helpful especially to a single female traveler. Just 5 min ride to the pyramids.

Sometimes walking around I'd get lost. So I had the front desk write the address in Arabic for me so I got a chuck chuck the driver new where I was going 🤣 not their fault.

Very welcoming staff who even went to get me mulberries when they heard I was searching and couldn’t find. Also amazing view and good price.

Very clean rooms, Not far from the Pyramids. Nice view of the Pyramids. If you go there, please ask for Abdurahman and you will get the best customer service ever. If you are looking for a nice, clean place to sleep, this is the place.

The breakfast was basic but it's Okey as there a lot of places nearby.

The staff were very kind and friendly they also gave us some tips after tour and offered tours with guide friendly people

Well I can't say anything about that .. the street and city of Giza are pretty much the same as an urban area

I had a really good time in this hotel! Everything was special and amazing, I had one of the best birthday in Egypt. Thank you so much for all the wonderful staff.
