The staff is very friendly and helpful both at the reception desk and in the restaurants. We had two favourite waiters Mina Milad and Abdel Baset who were especially enthusiastic and kind (they have taught some Arabic words as well). You can turn to the staff even in special cases, e. g. our flight was cancelled but thanks to Omar Samy, the manager our booking was amended accordingly. The clean and very spacious bedrooms have terraces, their own air conditioning, satellite TVs, tea and coffee makers, comfortable beds, and free Wi-Fi. The bathrooms are huge too. You have place for everything in both rooms. You can ask for cleaning every day. We have asked for quiet rooms in our booking, and we have got them. The main restaurant offers mostly international food with some local specialities. It has an open kitchen with pancakes, waffles, omelettes (with ingredients according to your wish) and some kinds of meat made on the spot. There is a great variety of delicious dishes there, especially desserts. The drinks are free too (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), but a glass of strawberry or mango juice is a better choice at the bar. The garden is simply wonderful with palm trees and beautiful flowers. You can choose from a great variety of activities. The hotel has its own sandy private beach and several swimming pools: one for adults, one for kids and another one with water slides. There are plenty of sunbeds everywhere and you get free towels. Besides, you can play beach ball, football, ping pong, go to the gym or take part in several programmes with animators both during the day (e. g. darts, water gymnastics) or in the evening (different shows, dancing, karaoke etc). Simply you cannot be bored. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel to everyone.

The hotel was so nice and the architecture of the hotel is overall very unique and modern. All the food and restaurants was super nice we ate ate at both the lebanese and italian restaurants both super good there is a snack bar open from moeing till night and a dessert shop open 24 hours. Plus all the activities included never made us bored we always had something to do. All the staff there were exceptional and super nice including house keeping but i want to give special thanks to mr Omar Samy from start to the end of the trip he did not leave us in need of anything and sorted out any problems or questions we had he is part of the reason we will 100% go back to the hotel.

They were super hospitable, I have absolutely zero regrets. They made sure I and my sisters stay were comfortable. Everything we asked for they gave us for free, they even let us check in very early and check out late due to our flight schedule. The food from the restaurants had different varieties and was good. Also special shout out to Omar for being very responsive and making us feel at home. I would definitely visit again.

This was my second stay in this hotel. First was 2 years ago. I have seen much improvement this time, especially in Front office services (Special thanks to Wael and Madona who are going beyond their duty and making sure you feel like you are back to your friends' house) and Food and Beverage/Kitchen side. They are trying to make the interactive choices for places, so dont get to eat at the same venue every day. Also the food choices and products are much better now. Pastry choices are also more fun now. One day I asked for chicken the Sous Chef walked me to another end of the hotel by himself:) Also entertainment is much more versatile, you have a different program every evening and daytime. The quality of programs are very good and for all age. Big thank you to Omar, for assisting me with my little needs in a very friendly way, even though he was on vacation. The staff is very exceptional! I would definetly go back!

Restaurant table cleaning can be improved. I know they have a big volume, but if they can just improve on this, that would be perfect

This hotel will exceed all your expectations they have a dedicated on site Operations Manager that will deal with any issue no matter how small. Ask for OMAR U need to stay here to understand their professionalism they went above and beyond our expectations. 10 Starts. If they have We have already booked to come and stay again.....

To be honest. Their wasn't much we didn't really like as it All inclusive and hardly for anything except external transportation l..

- Outstanding staff and service. Very warm and welcoming and hospitable. - Night entertainment was too loud and sound isolation was not good enough so music was too loud inside the room (till 11 pm) - Egg station wasn't equivalent to the standard quality of the restaurant. - Minor construction/cosmetic imperfections in the finishing (Example: Balcony needed a bit of renovation and need newer trash bins) - Only once the restaurant chairs needed an extra cleaning

You feel the luxury from the moment you get in, beautiful lobby with seats for waiting check-in, very friendly staff (reception, housekeeping, bartending, waiters, etc!). We were pleased to be greeted by Omar (operations manager) to make our stay comfortable and made sure we had everything we need during our stay. There is 2 buffet restaurants and 2 a la carte (which we got for free for our last night), the food was delicious (many offer in the buffet for main dishes, salads, desserts, extras, etc). You get soft and alcoholic drinks included during the whole stay, you will get more premium quality at the lobby bar and in the rest you get regular quality but it's ok for day drinking while hanging out in the sun and swimming in the pool or in the sea. We had a lot of fun and relaxing time!! We will definitely come back :)

Juices in the buffet could use better formula (sometimes too sour). Other than that everything was excellent and what we were expecting :)

The food was great and varied. I chose this place based on the food reviews and it lived up to expectations. The staff were very kind and accomodating, especially with the kids. The beach bar was excellent and the main bartender was incredible. Mahmoud, the lifeguard of the middle pool, was excellent.

One section of the watersides, that would be perfect for kids, was out of operation. The others were only opened from 10-12 and 2-4 which was very unfortunate.

The beach is spacious. The pool is very nice, beautiful design and a good quality water not to much chemicals. The team is working very fast and effective, you will not be left with any problems hanging they react imidiately! The food is good quality, we never got sick during the stay. The hotel is not far from the center of Hurgada and El Gouna if you want some activity.
