A beautiful and spacious room, comfortable big bed, and powerful air-conditioner. We were even freezing at times. Friendly and welcoming staff.

We had issues with our lock. It didn't let us get into the room several times despite the staff efforts to fix it. Hair dryer was not Very nice, it is good I brought mine. The last was the issue with mosquitos , we had them even in our room. Only while checking out we were told at the reception that we could ask for fumigators from them. We were unaware of that, so bought at the pharmacy.however it seemed not quite effective

Great place for a relaxing vacation. The resort has everything from a 3d cinema, midget golf, animation team, 5 pools + water slides and a private beach. The location outside of hurghada means you can actually fully relax. Everything was clean, and everybody was helpful and friendly. After check out i was allowed to still get drinks and use the lunch restaurant.

The food quality was varying greatly. Some dishes were pretty good, but a lot was lackluster. The same is the case for drinks, where especially the wine quality wasnt the best. I can imagine this being a cost saving measure to keep their prices this low. Which is understandable for the pricepoint of the resort

Perfect place with children, staff is super friendly and they are very service minded, our kids loved the water park and the staff in the kids club made their vaccation even better. Most definitely a hotel to return to.

The beds are very bad, also the pillows. As a vegetarian i feel like I been eating the same food for 16 days.

- Very good location. - Clean beach. - Beautiful gardens. - Many pools, plus aquapark was amazing. - Regardlessly of the food It looked like a 5 stars hotel somehow. - There was a pharmacy nearby. - You can find water dispensers everywhere. - Nice kids area and video games and small car rental.

- Room was little far from the beach. - Food: I give it 6/10 - Due to the huge amout of trees there were some big ants and small lizards outside the room, this made us feel that they could enter the room each time we opened the door or the windows. - Toilet needed some maintenance. - Supermarket prices are jokes, Snickers costs 100 LE. Which is 5x the real price. - No free fresh juice, you can only get poweder juice or soda drinks.

I loved the location, the pool area, the beach and the all included option.

I had a very upsetting situation. I removed my ring (a very special one from my great grandma) when I went to sleep and I left it in the bedside table. In the morning, I did the checkout around 7:30am and I forgot to put it on and I realized it when I took the taxi to go to a snorkeling activity. I sent a message to the hotel via Booking and I called the reception asking them to please keep the ring safe (I was 200% sure the ring was there). when I came back after the activity nobody knew anything, I had to wait like 30 min and a man responsible of cleaning the room said that nothing was in there. I was very sad, not because of the money value of the ring which was gold but nothing crazy, I was sad because it was a very important personal memory and I knew it was there in the room.

Everything was just fine :) Private beach, very good customer help at the desk. Everything nice and clean.

Pool closed at 6pm, outdoor bar service if you don't tip them, they won't even smile. That doesn't make me want to tip them
