What an amazing experience we had on our honeymoon at Jaz Casa Del Mar. If you guys are going on a honeymoon, this is the perfect place. Let the hotel know before the trip if it something special like honeymoon etc so they will do something special for you guys. Food: - Delicious and with good variety. Several restaurants and main dining areas so there is always something to eat. - Everything from traditional egyption food, to barbeque, salads, dressings, pizza, burgers, soups, seafood. - Good cocktails and mocktails. - You are guaranteed to go 3kg up in weight. Room: - Nice view and was very clean - Suprised us with honeymoon cake and decoration :) - Big wardrobe, safe and a small free of charge refrigerator. Hotel: - The hotel is not too big, neither too small so that was a positive experience for us as it was easy to get a table when we wanted to eat, sunbed by the pool and beach and so on. - Professional and very helpful staff, both in the reception and at the dining areas. - 2 ATM's for cash Location: - Only 10 min taxi / uber from airport and 20 min ride to downtown. - Staying at a good location in Hurghada is a big advantage when it comes to doing activities in Hurghada like boat trips, safari and so on. I will explain it futher in Activity paragraph. Activities: You still need to do some activities to really experience Hurghada. - DON'T BOOK ANYTHING FROM A SELLER OR ANYTHING ELSE!! They will rip you. - Best and cheapest way to book activities is GetYourGuide, fixed prices, reviews and so on. - Because of good location, you will get free taxi from and back to hotel while booking the acitivity. Just confirm it is mentioned in the booking. - Boat trips, snorkling, paragliding, quadbike safari, camel ride and so on. Mividia spa: - Very professional and relaxing spa. - Don't be afraid to ask for a discount ;) Shopping: Shops close to the hotel = EXPENSIVE! Downtown = Cheap We will definetly be back! 10/10.

Location is Good , beach is nice and allowing you to go to the open sea which is very good

Renovation and painting was being done next to our room, the staff didnt consider that we have a child with a stroller so that we have to go through some stairs and long way to the room . It was very weird that there are no soft drink inside the room unlike everywhere else inside Hurghada

Our stay at Jaz Casa Del Mar was absolutely perfect, so much so that we decided to stay an extra week after 2 whole weeks! Everything exceeded our expectations, from the warm welcome to the top-notch service. The food was particularly good. The entertainment team was one of the highlights of our stay. They made each day fun and dynamic with activities for everyone. The evening programs were very well-organized, with a special mention to the mic show and the DJ, who set the perfect vibe everyday. The weekly pool parties and beach parties were also absolutely amazing. Finally, a big shout-out to the entire hotel staff and animation team, who took such great care of us throughout our stay. Management was always present and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly and ensuring guests had the best experience possible. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

The beach is nice and clean. There are wooden platforms you can swim up to. The infinity pool is overlooking the beach and it's next to the pool bar. Cocktails were fine (I'm not an expert), although better in the pool bar than the beach bar. Room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfy. You could just about see the see from the balcony. The minibar is refilled daily with water and soda, I drank the glass bottle water and didn't have any problems. Staff is very pleasant and helpful, both at the reception and the restaurants. The food was good at the buffet, there are fresh fruit juices included, different spices, enough food variety for 7 days, lots of sweets options. The resort is not too big, so it's easy to get around. There are additional pools where you can relax, away from the sometimes noisy beach area. You get 1 free dinner at each of the 3 a la carte restaurants (you have to reserve it online) for each 7 days you book. I stayed for 6 days (booked 7 for early morning flight) and did a mix of relaxing on the beach and side activities outside the resort, and I enjoyed my stay overall.

The animation team does random dances with really loud music at the beach. There seem to be a few people dancing with them, but I wonder how many others are just annoyed just trying to relax on the beach. You can get away from it on the other side of the resort where the adult pool is, but then you're not at the beach/infinity pool. The guy in the beach bar could pick up a few tricks from the guy at the pool bar when it comes to cocktails. The a la carte restaurants don't have a lot of choice in the menu and it largely overlaps between the 3 of them. The food was pretty good (except the pizza at Pomodoro which was average), but don't expect anything too fancy.

Clean, very simple and uncluttered hotel. Nice room with reception. Very nice 2 swimming pools on the back side of the hotel. If you are a seaside pool lover. Nice Splash Bar. The food is the same as in all of Egypt. The bed is comfortable. Towels and linen are clean.

We really didn’t like the small dirty beach, the sea a dirty puddle. There are motorboats and boats nearby. The sea is covered with a net, but it is covered with algae and mud. Clean sea water just doesn't get through. The food is very average. The restaurant is small. The air conditioner blows only in the bedroom, it is hot in the living room, it is impossible to regulate. Walking through the hotel galleries with strange descents and stairs on slippery tiles was also not pleasant. People with children in strollers suffered. Very expensive hotel not worth the money. Disappointed.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. The location right on the beach added an extra layer of relaxation and enjoyment to our experience. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.An added bonus was the spacious and impeccably clean room, providing a comfortable haven after a day of beachside bliss. Everywhere we turned, cleanliness was evident, ensuring a worry-free stay. Truly a top-notch hotel experience that exceeded our expectations in every way.

While our stay at the hotel was truly fantastic, one minor downside was the absence of music on the beachside. We couldn't help but envy the neighboring hotel's lively tunes, which added to the overall ambiance. However, this small detail didn't overshadow the otherwise wonderful experience we had at the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay a lot, this trip has been excellent, the staff have been so helpful & friendly, • Food was perfect every day in terms of variety and tastes (a big special thanks to waiter "Abrahim" he was super kind and professional). Bar Uno 100% go for the Ice Coffe prepared by Mustafa, exquisite! • Beach & pools areas are amazing 100%, also the location is great and near to a lot of activities (specilly for us that we are divers, we hired the services of the diving center that is on the hotel premises, which was extraordinary and professional) • The Hotel/Rooms are modern and clean, we would definitely come back! ♥ ♥ ♥

It was just a bad moment... I didn't like that a man from Mivida Spa pushed so much to get me an appointment, even when I told him that I still didn't know if I would have a massage or not (because I had no plans), he still insisted and that he was going to look for us the next day to make the appointment for me and my boyfriend, I took it like a rudeness to which I told him not to push because it is my money and in the end I decide how to spend it.

My experience was amazing, it is one of the best resorts in Hurghada.I was treated there as in my home. Everyone is very friendly, smiling and helpful, cares if you are happy and satisfied during your stay. I was invited to two management cocktail meetings. The food is very tasty and there is variety of food. The animation activities were excellent. I really enjoyed my stay a lot and decided to return back this month.

The food was exceptional especially the breakfast, a very good variety of cheese, very good quality of cold cuts, smoked salmon, and pastries. The location was super awesome, and the service and staff were above my expectations. Fresh juice and fruits and very good pizza snacks. For sure I will come again.

The receptionist asked me to wait 10 mins while checking out in order to check the room, and after waiting such a period, he asked me to wait 10 more mins to keep checking. Is this even acceptable?!! Or because we're local guests and the hotel is afraid of something or expecting something from us?!! I've been to many international hotels chains and waiting while checking out has NEVER been done before.This was really annoying and wasn't expected nor acceptable. It was like my whole stay was such a cake and then that receptionist threw salt out of the blue on that cake.
