The experience was overall very nice. I liked that the reception allowed us to do early check-in and also late check out matching our flights without extra charge (but this depends on availability) The common facilities were really nice, beautiful as shown in the pictures. The all inclusive menu included soft drinks and simple alcolhol drinks like cola + gin/rum/whiskey, anything more ellaborated like fresh juices or cocktails were paid (between 3 and 4€). If you wanted the drinks to be delivered to your sunbed you had to pay an extra tip 0.5€ or 1€. If not they will not bring it to you, and you will have to go to the bar and ask for it. There were 2 buffet restaurants with enough options including vegetables, meat, fish. (Not like 5 stars hotel in europe standards, but maybe like 3 stars). Also you could make reservations to 4 different restaurants around the pool with a different menu in which the all inclusive menu was covering 20% of their real menu. However we always choose the all incluse menu that included a salad, small starter and main course. The room was nice, it was not spotless clean but it was quite ok, the toilet was like 2 or 3 stars hotel, the system you use to enter the room was hard to use since it failed most of the times, you need to use the card in one position only, so sometimes it took us between 30 secs to 3 min to get in. But the style of the room was beautiful, arab style, as the pictures shown. All the balcones have views to the pool and gardens. Access to the beach was easy, 5 min walk and you had sunbeds for free there as well. Be careful with the prices from everywhere in Egypt they try to scam you at the beginning (starting from the hotel and to everywhere, shops, taxis, any service), from our experience you could push them to get the same for half of the price.

Overall a good Value for Money place as an All Inclusive Resort that will tick off all the boxes - proximity to the beach (it's a group of hotels together - I think 3, with access to the beach via their sister hotel right in front), free alcohol, food and snacks through the day and at least on the outside a good looking property. The details is where you start missing a few points - food buffet has reasonable variety but the quality can be varied; service is generally good but misses the attentiveness that you would expect; rooms are big but outdated and could be cleaner; furniture is generally old; etc. However this is a great Value for Money for a large All-inclusive resort and that is the sweet spot for it. Would recommend it if you are conscious of the budget but still want to have a "good enough" time.

Staff are very helpful, respectful, and responsive many thanks to all of them and especial thanks to Mr. Ehab(GM), Mr. Eltayb (Marrakesh) and Mr. Mohamed,There are about 11 restaurants ;food variety you can simply try different restaurant everyday, everything is well organised, you will be well served each and everywhere, everyone is looking to help you the best they can. Beach is sandy. You will definitely enjoy it, its a little bit far from the resort but you can take the bridge between the resort and the hotel. Blue restaurant on the beach, guys they are heros ! Don't worry about water they take care of it! Finally I'm glad we had the chance to stay there and we'll definitely make it again, keep it up!

The room is very old and need renovation not 5 stars hotel room at all ! The beach is far as you have to walk and cross the street to enter another hotel to reach to the beach or use a bridge which is very long distance. The beach is not clean as the fuel of the boat mixed with the sand . The room service is bad . The beach towel is leaving in the room to take it with you to the beach and walk to the beach which is in another hotel and change it from the room service if needed !! Not a good service No parking The elevators are the worth very old with no sensors at the doors ! Not a 5 stars hotel elevators at all

We recently stayed at the Grand Resort Hotel for a weekend, and we had a wonderful experience. The Hotel Is located in the calm district so that nothing interupted us during our stay. There’s also the option of hotel taxi or Uber, which made it really easy to get around. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth and quick, and they gave us great recommendations for things to do in the hotel. They even prolong our check out with no extra charge, which was nice and helpful due to our late departure. The room was clean and calm. In addiction, we had absolutly breathtaking view from our balcon (especially at night). The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had all things we needed. We had All-inclusive at the hotel, and it was fantastic. There was a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, and much more. I recommend you to try a fish, It was so delicious To sum up, I would highly recommend The Grand Resort Hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Hurghada. Thank you for this stunning experience

The hotel staff are extremely friendly and attentive to resolving any issues you may encounter, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. The bathroom facilities are good. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The beach is excellent and very clean, and the swimming pools are wonderful. As for the restaurant, I dined at the main buffet throughout my stay as it offers an international selection. 70% of the food in the buffet is excellent, while 30% needs reconsideration.

Things that I did not like and are not suitable for a five-star hotel: 1- The bed sheets, covers, and pillowcases are extremely worn out and tattered. They are placed on the bed without being ironed. I recommend replacing all the linens as they are in poor condition—Egypt produces some of the best bed linens. 2- Small cockroaches appeared in the bathroom multiple times, so regular pest control is necessary. 3- The internet is completely unstable. 4- The sushi section needs a specialist, as the rolls were not good at all. 5- The cake and Om Ali were not good at all and need more attention to their quality.

My accommodations consisted of a four-night stay in a duplex room. The hotel staff was exceptionally supportive, particularly Mr. Zaki at the reception, who facilitated a smooth and efficient room check-in process. Additionally, Mr. Mohamed Taha, provided valuable & great assistance throughout all our stay. The dining options were impressive, offering a variety of cuisines and restaurants, with the Marrakech restaurant, exclusively reserved for adults, being a standout. The beach was pristine, with soft sand and crystal-clear water. In summary, the accommodations were generally great, but improvements in the ementioned areas would enhance the guest experience.

However, there were 3 areas where the hotel could improve. Firstly, the air conditioning in the lobby, reception, and main restaurant was inadequate, resulting in discomfort during meals and compromising our overall enjoyment. Urgent maintenance is recommended, especially in the main restaurant. Secondly, the Wi-Fi connectivity was limited to the lobby and was insufficient due to the high number of guests using it simultaneously, & there was neither an animation team nor any entertainment in the evening In summary, the accommodations were generally great, but improvements in the ementioned areas would enhance the guest experience. .

The Grand Resort has a lovely location. On arrival, we were greeted with a warm staff and informed about all the amenities offered. The hotel has a wide range of restaurants catering to different cuisines. The buffet has a nice spread in the main hall. During the stay, all our needs and requests were accomodated. We made a few visits to the pool and local beach which were also great. We had a late departure so they kindly extended our checkout time. Would definitely recommend this place to our friends and looking forward to making a return trip soon. It was a wonderful experience all in all.

Cleanliness can be improved.

Great location with beautiful and magical surrounding atmosphere. Our room was on the top floor and spacious with a wonderful view. The food was delicious, with a huge variety of options. The staff were attentive, helpful and made us feel very welcome. Great cleaning service - Tarik! Hope to be back soon for a longer visit! 😎

The only thing that was annoying was Adele's songs in the morning... DJ please play some oriental chillout playlist insted. Thank you my friend! 😁 Please change the snack menu, local homemade dip dish and fruits wolud be better chioce (watermelon, banana, melon).
