The rooms were quite spacious . I liked the friendly staff and security . There was a big swimming pool and great views of the Town from the 3rd floor apartment, At breakfast the Chef makes a great egg omelete ,there is a in house taxi available which is always on call and on time . The Reception staff are able to arrange several local trips. I went on several trips and the highlight was visiting The Temples of Luxor, including a boat tri down the River Nile and lunch on Crocodile island, (If you are a Birder , Birdwatcher , This IS a incredible trip ! ).

The room needed to be prepared before I arrived Like bathroom cleaner AC and TV operation and as usual in most of Egypt hotels batteries of remotes control were in a very bad situation although to be honest although to be honest the receptionist offered me to change room but I was a little tired to make this action specially after riding 5 hours from Cairo and already changed my clothes. I hope to take further action about my comments. I am going to reserve again in the same hotel next time.

The room is totaly fine. Everything was clean and the condition of the bed was also comfortable.

The location of the hotel is on a busy road. However, the most critical point are some continously barking dogs in front of the hotel which kill every good sleep. The breakfast is in principal ok but I will not take it on my next trip. Some toast and jam you can get much cheaper on every store.

The property require some maintaining but over all is acceptable comparing to the price you pay per night is better than anywhere else

While I had booked for one guest, the price on booking remained the same. When I went to go to my room with a friend I’d made on my dive liveaboard, I was forced to pay $8, which the front desk agent only requested after handing me my keys. Given that the hotel doesn’t change its rate based on occupancy this seems unfair and the fee should have been waived. The bar only had beer and wine and no mixed drinks available.

Big spacious rooms, very clean and tidy. They were kind to allow me with later check in, and let me to stay in the lobby for a while after my check out.

I personally had a problem with the hot water — it was only cold running in the shower. At the reception they quickly handled it by providing me the key from another room. And AC in my apartment was too loud, either a problem to be fixed or it was just obsolete. In general the place looks obsolete, however it is tidy, and really clean.

Perfect hotel with spacious rooms like an apartment. Just 5 minutes from the airport by car and a walk from many shops away. Price is fantastic for this location, I always stay there for a short break in Hurghada. Staff is very friendly and supports you whatever you need. By the time the rooms need some small renovation, as the furniture looks sometimes very used. If you are looking for a cheap and quiet accommodation it's the perfect place!

Everything you read about this hotel is 100% accurate. All the staff are amazing 👏. My suite was huge and very clean and comfortable. I have booked an extra week as I feel safe as a solo female traveller.

My only gripe is it's not near amenities. Taxis are needed everywhere you go.

The suites here are excellent 👌 The bed is comfortable and facilities in the room are good. If you need anything just speak to Ahmed on reception and he will arrange for your needs. Breakfast was very good . Evening meal you can have in your suite. Nothing is too much trouble for the amazing staff here.

Only negative is you needed to get taxis to get to beach etc.

I had a connection international flight via Hurghada and needed to spend 6 hours in transit. I booked one night at Jaz Neo Ivory hotel though I did not stay overnight. Turned to be a good choice. Staff were friendly. I had an early check-in. I had a nice breakfast. A shower. WiFi was very good which allowed me to have my online business meetings smoothly. I wish I used the pool but I was working in my room :)
