Very modern apartment Had all the amenities you would expect Good staff Great location (close to sumo sushi which had excellent katsu curry and noodles, thank me later) Comfortable bed Has a lift If the staff pick up on the bits I’ve mentioned this would easily be a 10/10 place

One of the blankets was stained before us arriving which was off putting (luckily we only needed one) The floor was dusty The toilet was loose so it rocked when you sat on it

Beautifully decorated, new spacious studio apartments, that can sleep 3 people. Attention to detail was amazing, clean, 2 brand new smart TV, kitchen, shower room, with welcome drinks and snacks. Easy check in process and allowed me to stay till 11pm on day of departure for no extra charge. Friendly professional staff. Close to lots of cafes, restaurants and easy to find for Uber and delivery. Bonus was the cost, as it was economical in price. Best value for money apartment in Hurgudha. Nothing like it in Hurgudha.

My only minor neg, was the door to bathroom is in a funny position, so you have to slide past it to get to the toilet. A very small minor issue.

New clean adequately stocked apartment complex (a building really) with great TV and meticulous service by an obliging staff amidst restaurants and shops…. The manager Safwat is a jewel, showing up personally when the Wi-Fi didn’t work at the start due to a temporary glitch, leaving only after he had verified for himself it was up and running, making me a gift of an Egyptian memento, and offering me a free ride to the airport…. Hats off to the rest of the staff for a job well done also….

Not for the handicapped as you need to climb one flight of stairs to reach the elevator, but Safwat said the complex will soon provide access to the elevator from the ground floor….. Wi-Fi is okay if a little weak on occasion….

My family and I spent a 4 days at your apartment and have nothing but praise! Everything was absolutely wonderful. We had a large, clean, spacious apartment with balcony I used to stay in Hurghada , your apartment is really good . It was our first time here! We had a wonderful stay with my family . Special thanks to Mr kareem who made all the effort to ensure our satisfaction , he is very kind, very honest and trustable person also special thanks to Mr Abdel Baset he always available for helping us Thank you for all I will be back very soon.

The room was fantastic. Very modern and comfortable. The area is quiet and full of nice restaurants, cafes and takeaways.

Great location! Nice designed cozy place with friendly helpful staff. Clean enough. Amazing roof to chill in the evening. Kettle with water, tea and coffee was a good bonus.

There were no iron and hair dryer. And would be nice to have some chairs on balcony.

There was no elevator in the ground floor.. it starts from floor one .. that means you have to go one floor by the stairs

First of all Thanks to Karim, the guy in reception, he is fullly supportive and helpful. Thanks Man. Secondly, The room is well equipped with every thing needed during your day.. microwave, spoon, boiler etc..

nothing... only parking slots sometimes are full and need to park a little bit far away

the staff is really nice I have a big luggage and there is few stair between the reception and the elevator. they kindly help a lot during check in and check out. moreover, because I have a tour during the day and a flight at night, they let me go back to my room to have a shower. I really thankful about that

Very friendly and welcoming staff, spacious and comfortable room, big kitchen and freezer.

WiFi router near my room was broken... Also the floor in the room was a bit dirty and all faucets were very tight.
