I stayed at the hotel for 3 days (2 nights). Honestly, it's a great place for a vacation. Everything is included (food and drinks), and there's a beautiful beach with great snorkelling right at the hotel. The swimming pool is large and open for the entire day. The food is diverse and enjoyable, with different themes each night like seafood night, Mexican night, African night, etc. Most rooms have a sea view, are spacious, and clean, with tubs.

There are very few Asian guests at this hotel. When Asians sit on the beach or in the coffee shop, the waiters tend to ignore them, greeting and serving beverages to other guests first, asking them what they would like to order. This isn't just a one-time occurrence; it happens consistently, even though there's no obvious verbal discrimination. It's a form of subtle discrimination. However, not all of them, there are also very nice waiters say hi always like a friend, you can feel the kindness. i's rather tips who's really helping me.

Everything we needed was here. Nice access to the ocean and reef, nice services, comfortable room with a view. We had a great time

The reception staff when we checked in, by the name of Shady Ali, were hard to work with, not very welcoming, and blamed us for our bus arriving late for our check in even though I called to alert them of that the day before but they made no record. At first they didn’t have anyone walk us to our room, they just sent us off with vague directions and the place is so big we got lost immediately. Food was just ok, not much variety.

The hotel was old but so clean and well-maintained, the beach was amazing and the food was good. Mr.Ebrahim at the front desk was helpful. The animation team was so fun especially Lee from Germany. All the staff in the restaurant and lobby bar were polite and had a smile on their faces.

The staff in Bool Bar and Marina Bar was so so so rude, They treat you as homeless and ask for some money. They need Rehabilitation for how they act with people.

Special thanks to Chef Mr. Abd Elsalam, he helped us so much for relief of stomach sickness of my husband.Sukran ya habibi... And thanks to Mr.Shady Ali for his always smiling face :) And, all staff was very helpful and kind.

There is no any change cabin for swinwears at the beach.

The location was awesome but generally the food was disappointing. It all looked good but hot food (except for omelettes were often only luke warm if that. The staff all only too pleased to help however.

As stated above plus there were too many Germans who typically reserved the sunbeds at 6am despite the house rules saying this was not allowed. This needs some policing!

*An early smooth check in was a great start to my holiday. *Room was super clean as well as the rest of the hotel. * Most of the staff were smiling and offer help. *Animation team were great and pushing guests to take part in their games. *Food was okay and the oriental night on Thursday was the best. ***Special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim in the reception, and Adel for the follow up on my reservation, Hesham in the swimming pool bar, and the friendly people of the animation team as well as life guards.

As a regular guest to Azur group in Hurghada, my first impression on the buffets food variety was not good, in the following days it became better.

The lagoon, the view, pool ,snorkling area with a-lot of fish , the food, all are stunning, the staff was very friendly and helpful, especial thanks to the reception staff Mr Amen, Mr kareem, Mr Adel, and the lagoon bar staff Mr Ahmed in lagoon A bar and Emad, the restaurant staff are also too friendly and helpful. Also the animation team with all the shows ,This is my 2nd visit this summer and my 8th visit allover and for sure it will not be my last, waiting to see you next vacation.

We started with friendly welcome. Friendly, cheerful, and helpful employees. The whole hotel and the rooms are very clean. Beds are very comfortable to rest. The poolside and especially the beach are very beautiful. Hotel has its own reef area in the sea, very good for snorkeling. The view of the hotel is magnificent. It's also in a good location, close to the HRG airport and marina. Restaurants are good, and foods are adequate. It was my second time staying at Arabia. Me and my family also feel happy to stay here.

Foods in restaurants could be a little more diversified.

I’m a repeater for visiting this exceptional resort, this was my 5 th time, the beach is marvelous especially the lagoons , the marina snorkling area is so good with a-lot of fish and reef , the pool is good also , food is also tasty with different varieties, especial thanks to MR Ahmed the bar man in lagoon A bar, also to MR Mina the receptionist of his kindness, and also MR Adel from the reception and reservation department. Thanks a-lot to the animation team with their marvelous shows especially the light show and the water aerobics. I’ll come again next August see you soon.

There are two lagoons that are generally much calmer than the pool, making them a great choice if you prefer peace and quiet. The food was generally good and offered a nice variety. The highlight for us was definitely the snorkeling – the reef is right by the hotel, near the wharf. We also really liked the snorkeling trip we booked, which included a visit to Orange Bay Island. A big plus was that the boat departs directly from the hotel, so there was no need for any car transfers. The snorkeling itself was great and everything ran smoothly. However, we found the visit to Orange Bay Island not worth it; it would have been better to go to Paradise Island instead. The price was 55 eur/adults and half-price for kids.

One thing we didn’t like was the room cleaning – it often came very late in the day or didn’t happen at all, which was disappointing.
